Just started this stuff been reading heeps of shit about it aswell on different forums. I usually get pretty obsesive with information searching which i think helps.

Basically I started at 6 inches NBEL and around 4 to 4 1/4 EG(4 1/4 at base), I tried jelqs mabey 4 or 5 times one month and didn't really bother with it. Anyway started doing some pretty full on training that month aswell 5 times a week.

Anyway I decided to give this stuff a try for real and basically started out pretty slow. After one session, the next day I measured just to get my starting stats measured 6 1/4 inches NBEL and 4 1/4 inches EG base and mid shaft. Was pretty stoked didn't really do bugger all and gained a bit.

My routine was even less than suggested but i did make it relatively intense. Measured today and was surprized measured a bees dick off 6 1/2 inched NBEL and a bit over 4 1/2 inches EG. Measured base EG came out to be 4 3/4 inches! ooooo yeh.

Probally keep updating every week or more i know these are probs newbie gains but still keeps me motivated.
 
Thought I'd write my routine as best I can as its not always consistent.

I live in Australia so it's already pretty warm, Still I do a warm up hot water in the shower. Followed by about 100 jelqs max then throughout the day I throw in stretches prob about 3-4 times a day no more than 5 mins total stretching. I have a shower after work and do another 100 jelqs most of the time its alot less. Kegel routine is just 2 days on one day off, stretching is everyday and jelqs 5 days on 1 day off.
 
Sticking to a proper routine now seems to be going good, I think training puts my body in healing mode or something. you gained half an inch in both length and girth in one month.....those are amazing gains man but If I may suggest, dont take your measurements directly after your Penis Enlargement session of course its going to be bigger then normal right after you know?

Instead, designate a day to measure and get a regular erection and measure. or measure BEFORE your session if anything.
 
Thought I'd update, sticking to the newbie sort of routine but not sticking to a strict regimen. Erections deinately harder these days which is awsome, also flacid hang a bit bigger. Another good thing is when im erect now it points up a fair bit like 10:30.

I have a downwards curve that is also getting less pronounced as it is pretty full on. I think the modified jelques I do help that. Head is also slowly getting a bit bigger which was something I wanted to fix.

Pretty sure this is what is fixing my curve mainly:
When jelqing I get to the bend point and with my other hand bend my penis head up so as to bend it the opposite way. Then with the hand doing the stroking motion I have the grip in a way to be covering the topside of my penis. So as to force most of the blood in to the underside of my penis, think this helps expand that area a bit more forcing the penis to bend straight.
 
welcome to the site...and congrats on starting a steady routine...just want to advise to not measure too much...when you first start off you might want to measure often to see if it is working but once you do notice a difference i advise to put the ruler down for a bit...to some it gets a little discouraging when they measure a lot and dont see the gains coming as quickly as they like...good luck with your routine
 
Just a quick update as things seem to be going well. Erections arn't as hard lately which is a bit weird as they were super hard the other week. So I'll probaly add some more kegels to get the blood pumping. Been sticking to the basic [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] pretty much but throwing in a couple of erect lig stretches. It's definately looking fatter lately especially at the mid even more so at the base. Don't really think it seems longer so might add a bit more stretching as it is pretty light at the moment. Will measure in about two weeks see how I'm going and if I need to change anything up.

If there are no gains I'm gonna start phase one of DLD's routine as it's more intense than what I'm doing now.
 
We've all been at that beginning state. My only word of advice is to keep at it. I have had moments of doubt where it seemed like nothing more was going to happen, but if you keep at it you will get results. It's all in the attitude.
 
Thanks for the support man, really hard not to measure early but I'm gonna try wait for a month. Will keep doing what seems to be working atm.
 
Everything is going really well atm just thought I'd chime in, I've added a new stretch to my routine. This has probaly already been invented but I just figured it out and it's my answer to stretch in the extreme up position. All I do is stretch straight up (to the ceiling) and instead of pushing in the middle I push at the extreme base which feels like a much better stretch. Only reason I'm doing this is because it didn't really feel like I was getting a good stretch the other way.
 
Changing my routine think I'm going to hard with the 5 on 2 of which turned out to be 6 on 1 off. Gonna switch it to 3 on 1 off see how it goes then up it from there.
 
Couldn't help myself measured today roughly, no length gain which isn't surprizing because I haven't been doing many stretches. Think I'm just going to use my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] to stretch, should help I need to be pretty stealth with my Penis Enlargement. Can't just lock myself in my room and do Penis Enlargement people will get suss. Measured girth roughly aswell most definately have gained not too sure how much, used the string method.

Seems to be going good fixed my jelqing stroke just recently, fell into the habit of stroking too fast. Now I'm doing slower more concentrated jelqs focusing on the sides of the shaft. All in all everything seems to be going good, will update this weekend when I will measure properly and start wearing an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].
 
Changed my routine a bit just gonna play it by ear from now on not doing a strict Penis Enlargement program. I do about 200 jelqs a day now 100 in the morning 100 at night. My kegel routine is pretty intense at least 200 plus 3 holds for more than a minute, done every other day sometimes more. I do stretch but not for long periods and when I do I relax as much as I can and then stretch seems to go better for me.

Gains seem pretty decent so I'm gonna keep my same routine, except I'm gonna start using my static stretcher this weekend.
