DLD, i do cardio, but what excercise do you think targets that area of the body the most if you want to lose it? Thanks in advance.

Wow, there is so much to changing this area. For me it was a complete lifestyle change, food, thought, exercise, everything.
 
it seems like all of you guys are starting out at a minimum of 6.5" or even 7" usually.

and I read that your starting size is what really matters. am I just doomed to be tiny my whole life? or should I give this a shot? I'm 5.5 inches hard, yeah. sad. I know.

You are not doomed brother. I started at 6 inches. At the time you created this thread, making gains was slower compared to now 2025. With the length master and ace bandage, you can make quick gains if you dedicate on whole year to PE.
