Hello everyone,

Recently I have had a few questions regarding how to use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] device, how long to wear it for, etc.

Below is some information which should answer the majority of your questions:

I can confirm that there is an instructional [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] ROM with every purchase which demonstrates how the device should be worn.

The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] is behind the foam lining in the top of the case.

Below are some basic instructions of how to use the device though to get you started:

Assembly

1. The device should be set at a size which is just over your flaccid length (additional pieces can be added by using the keys provided)

2. There is a basal plastic ring (Piece 1) with a recess for the urethra (Piece 2 - same as Piece 1). The ring is fastened around the base of the penis.

3. Two metal bars, one with a right-handed thread (Piece 3), the other with a left-handed thread (Piece 4) are attached to the basal ring. Hidden inside each bar, is a spring contrivance (Piece 5).

4. At the distal end the two bars are attached to a plastic support (Piece 6) with two holes, for the comfort strap (Piece 7) to fit through.

5. The components 1-5 are pre assembled on delivery

Usage

1.The device is mounted by fastening the basal ring (Piece 1) around the base of the penis, so that the two metal bars (Pieces 3+4) run parallel with the penis, one on each side, and the head of the penis rests in the bowl-shaped support (Piece 6).

2.By passing the two ends of the comfort strap (Piece 7) through the holes in the plastic support (Piece 6) a loop is made through which the head of the penis is introduced. Before fastening of the penis the plastic support should be pressed towards the body so that the two springs press home.

3.The comfort strap is fastened around the penis head by pulling the ends of the comfort strap (Piece 7) through the reverse side of the support. If you have not been circumcised the strap is fitted just below the glans with the foreskin in place.

4.Additional pieces of metal bar (Pieces 8, 9 + 10) may be added as required by means of the two keys (Piece 11).

Additional bars come in three sizes:
1 cm (small) (Piece 8)
2 cm (medium) (Piece 9)
4 cm (large) (Piece 10)

Changing [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] force

When the device has been fitted the force of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] can be adjusted by turning the two thumb-screws in either a clockwise direction (for increasing [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words]) or an anti clockwise direction (to loosen [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] force)

The actual force exerted can be read on the hexagonal pistons and the force of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] can be varied from 600 to 900, 1200 or 1500g

Each marking on the piston equals a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] force of 300g. Thus, at the exertion of maximum force (1500g) only one marking is visible on the piston;

*The mark closest to top of the device (nearest the penis head) = 900g
*The mark in the middle = 1200g
*The mark closest to the bottom of the device (nearest the base of the penis) = 1500g
*You should not be able to see the threads at any time and if they are visible, a new extension piece needs to be added

I would advise that the hexagonal bars leading up to the spring loaded cylinder must be stationary, and not twist when you turn the thumb screws, as this will not allow the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] force to be changed.

I would also advise that the penis must be held securely in place to allow the arms to creep into the cylinder and therefore alter the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] force.

nvm found out my answer xD.. i was doing around 1200-1500g streches wen i first started nd now i cant do more then 2hours a day without my head hurting.. im goin to start all over now with this routine and i think i finally got perfect wrap that i dont hav to squeeze too tight where i cut off my sirculation cuz thats why i think my head hurts so much.. thanks for post (Y)

I have 2 questions:
1. During your 1st week you recommend 2-3hrs each day. Is this 2-3hrs straight or 3 1hr sessions..... if so how long of a rest in between sessions?
2. During use the head of my penis feels kinda cold, am I doing something wrong? Is this normal?

Thank you for your enquiry.

I can advise that this is up to you some people will wear the device for 2 to 3 hours straight others will split this into 1 hour blocks.

I would recommend that if you are wearing the device for more than 2 hours at a time you remove it for about 5 to 10 mins to help restore blood flow to the penis.

Your penis may be going cold because you are wearing the strap to tight may be try and wear the strap a little looser.

I'm stretching at my erect length, have been for about two weeks. Should I go back and stretch as [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] recommends or should I keep stretching how I been? I have one large bar attached to each thread piece. I don't move the threads because I'm at a decent stretch already. About 75 hrs total stretch time. Thanks.

I think logic is best served slow to heavy:) After training manually, strap on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] at a low tension. Over the 2-3 hours you are wearing increase the tension to max by the last set. We are trying to heal in an extended position while reaping gains at the same time.
 
A short question.
When I begin using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I need the base one 2" rod and the 1" rod.
I tension it to 1200g and after a while the tension decreases (I know this is normal due to stretching).
After 30 min or so I have to attach the .5" rod to stay at 1200g.
After another 40-60min I have to replace the two rods with a total of 1.5" with the second set of 2" rods.
After attaching the longer rod without adjusting the hand screw(screwed to min.) there is no tension on it.
is this typical that I have to adjust that much? or can this be due to a possible bad warmup ?

Is this schedule neccessary for gains ?
As I'm unsure of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words]... I now use the normal pistons offcourse, and the 5cm bar. It's around 17cm and my erect length is 15 cm somewhat. As I feel I can do more, I just add bars. Is this bad ?
I can wear it for an hour then my head get's a little numb so take it off for a few minutes.

How can you stretch erect length if your penis is not even erect? I mean how can it be erect for 3+ hours everyday and when mines erect I can't stretch it at all...also, if I just stretch flaccid length then will erect and flaccid length both increase?

That is what comes with the kit. You can always buy additional bars.

The more bars that are added the longer you will become. You can't add bars until you have grown to that length but the idea is to always be pushing to add more [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words].

You should always be pushing to set the tension as long or longer than your flaccid, stretched length.

You will find threads all through the forum showing user gains. I think in a six month period an inch can be gained quite easily, maybe even 2", I gained 2" in 6 months but I did only manual work.

Does anyone know if the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sizegenetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is safe to wear when you are still in your teenage years (15-16)? I've heard it can stunt growth during puberty, which doesn't make any sense to me, then some say it benefits growth even more during your time as a teen because of the amount of hormones your body is producing. Does anyone have any advice? :)
 
I don't know if it's safe or not for your age, but a general rule of thumb for ANY kind of performance enhancements is to wait until your about 21 at least so that your natural growth spurts are already slowing down. Trying to overdo it could cause adverse side effects. But I'm no major on the subject, I'm just saying from a scientific point of view as well as a few other logical views. It's just not worth changing dude... your too young to have your stuff stop functioning properly, lol.

Do you measure from the base of the device to the end of the rod, then add to the bars to make the adjustments? Just to clarify the 4 markings on the piston are for the different tensions right? So if you can see four markings that means it's 600 gs?

I have been using the quick [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] pro for about a month now,if I switch to using my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] do I have to start all over again using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] program? on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] the tension bars don't move when you turn the thumb screws,so how do you know how much tension to use? I had added the medium bars to my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] and with no tension I'm stretched should I start off this way and how long should I wait before I add bars I would like to achieve the 8 inches just need help thanks.
