Man im an idiot. I rushed into advanced technique girth work right away and i didnt make any gains, I dunno why I always fall for that trick. I did the same for length and had to learn the hard way. Plus i caused bruising.
Anyways I rested 3 weeks, and now a week into my new beginner routine. Just jelqs with easy Ulis. What i also added now that makes sense for me, is 3 part dry jelqs, 3-4 times throughout the day. They are fucking awesome, as they plump it up very quickly, and can be done so easily.
Im going to just increase number of reps, and intensity of Ulis as the weeks go by. Im looking for gains in about 2-3 months time. I gotta make 6 inches. Then i will have the most perfect dick of all time! At least in my mind..
