Wow Penis Enlargement is hard to get off ones mind once youve started. Im making this progress thread as a way for me to type how im doing and what im doing everyday. This thread is for me. But of course i would deeply appreciate any outside comments and help... the struggle and success of others motivates me.

OK lets start with my goals:
I want :8 inch bpel,
7.5 nbpel,
all wrapped in 6 inch girth.

I dont care how long it takes me to get there. Theres no stopping now anyways haha..

Ive already been in the game for about 2 months now, but
here are the starting numbers : 6 NBPenis EnlargementL,
with about 5.30 girth...

i gained 0.5 inch like in the first week due to improved EQ..
that made it 6.5 NBPenis EnlargementL

I am not sure about my true measurements right now, well except that my BP-stretched flaccid is close to 8 inch,, i am going to rest tomorrow and the next day, well im gonna jelq and edge of course, but once i hit 100% EQ again, i will record my measurements.

This time I will start with a 1on/1 off routine for length, and ill keep up the girth daily, and adjust depending on EQ and results..
 
Fuck Im still not at 100% EQ yet.. i cant wait to get back into a routine.. shit this is my problem in the first place,, i keep overdoing Penis Enlargement... this time i have to do it differently and focus more on getting full amount of rest... god damn it
 
Ok so i did a girth routine early this morning. My EQ was like a 8.5/10 i would say so i thought it was OK to start with girth. My girth routine just consists of me edging to over 100% erect,then waiting till it gets abot 80-90 % and doing a manual clamp with my hand. Which is pretty hard by the way, and its getting harder as im getting thicker. At that point i do a free for all of trap reverse jelqs, dld bend, uli's , and of course slow jelqs. This goes on for about 3-4 minutes, and thats one set. So i start the process over again by edging... Im not measuring or timing anything because girth is not my focus. Im over 5.5, and at most i want is like 6.25.. or even just 6 probably... but tomorrow im gonna start up new and improved length routine.

For my length routine, i figured that the purpose of each workout should be to increase my stretched flaccid length. For my own records i thought it might be helpful to measure my stretched flaccid length at the beginning of a workout, at the end of a workout, and maybe a couple times in between sets.. Just so i can track my temporary gains potential per workout, and maybe this will give me more insight on how to train my penis better for length. All i want is one more inch! Thats all!
 
Ok today is the 22nd, first day of length.

Pre workout- bpel = 7.2 , bpfsl = 7.75
5 min warmup

1 set of modified mother stretches for ligs, over 60 seconds for each side
1 set of two handed blue whale stretches for tunica , over 60 seconds each side

repeat 3 times

Post workout bpfsl = 8

Finished workout with edging + kegels to take advantage of any temporary length gains

Notes: During the stretching i made a point not to stretch against the penis if its pulling back inside, which usually occurs during the in breath.. so i would pause and then breathe out nice long breath and pull really hard... this of course is a reverse kegel and lets you stretch longer as DLD discovered. Also i believe it might be a safer stretch for the penis as all force is in one direction, instead of in opposite directions
 
OK did a great girth routine. Still not pushing too hard here, but its looking thicker every day. I dont know if its the edging or everything all together, but its going great. Im not even gonna measure it.

Wow one thing for sure though, I am so glad my EQ is back 100%. I dont know if this is the way for better length or not. But Penis Enlargement with 100% EQ is way way better and funner then Penis Enlargement with 80% or under. THe hang is way better, and i like the easy erections. Cant wait till length in 24 hours!

Today was length day. And i have to say that its my favourite. With girth being my second favourite. and worst being kegels because those are fucking hard. But well worth it!

The state that my penis was in before the workout seemed too good to be true. It was hanging low! and it was soft. This is because of the rest day in between.
So first i get 100% erection and measure, cool i got a gain, i measured
BPenis EnlargementL: 7' 1/16th , thats a 1/16th gain. Fucking awesome. Feel great. It coulda been from anything, including improved EQ. But ive decided that im celebrating every single small gain that i make. So even if the gains start being far in between each other, then at least i keep enjoying what im doing.

1. 5 minute rice sock warm up,
Ok baby powder both hands and my cack.
2. 20 short and quick easy stretches straight out
3. Warm up stretch to the left, and to the right... 45+ seconds each
Start set 1
4. Leg up stretches both sides .... 45+ seconds each
5. Two handed Blue whale mandingo stretches..... 45+ seconds each hand
6. Rest 20 seconds or so, do some eash straight out stretches
Repeat until done 3 total sets

Whew this workout felt terrific. I made a note of beginning each stretch slowly and working to maximum stretch, holding, and then going beyond. I also only stretch on the out breath, and it feels really good. I can push my breath out for close to 15 seconds, so on the in breath i relax the hold ever so slightly, and then push back again on the out breath and reverse kegel at the same time.

Last step : 5-10 minute edging session,

The Girth Monster continued...

great workout, i did 30 minutes of edging to 110%, letting it drop to 90%.. manually clamp it, then do a series of reverse trap jelqs, with uls, with horses, with dld bends, and with slow jelqs... pretty fun!

Also i noticed that when i edge sitting/lying down that i dont get a 110% percent erection, but when i stand up i can get it every time.. of course its easier for the blood to flow in at that angle..

I wanted to measure its length, cause i swear it looks bigger hahaha, but ill wait till length day tomorrow... just got some hypnosis tapes from Thread-X , so i want to give him props!

Thx alot King Cobra. I got he idea of a free for all from DLD.. he does kinda the same thing but better exercises and he uses a better clamp. Oh ya, King, I manually clamp with my hand but of course that really hard sometimes, do you have any suggestions on something easier?
 
Workout#6

Great length workout,
1. the new thing i introduced is that i only stretch the left side once for 60 seconds, and now the right side gets two of those stretches the following sets

2. total 3 sets, 6 x 1minute lig exercises (1 left lig, 5 right) . 9 x 1 mintue tunica stretch

3. One x 1 min + dld bundled upward stretch

Fuck man Penis Enlargement is hard work. Not easy going through those intense stretches. But its all worth it.

4. Very pleasureable 15 mintue edge session. Max blood flow.

Yeah, clamping is easier with two hands free. I couldn't find the "Penis Enlargement-clamps" anywhere. I use a piece of t-shirt fabric to clamp. It should be wide enough, otherwise it will hurt after a good girth session. Only disadvantage is that it take more time to remove.
 
Whoa last night, i had a dream where i was looking at my penis and it was a bigger. Like it was weird cause it was like exactly an inch bigger, where the inch it had grown was clearly marked by lighter skin. What i can remember lasted for very short, like 5 seconds or something, but i remember it very clearly. Cool, and freaky ahhaa

Anyways today my gut feeling is telling me to give me penis a rest day, so that 24 hours that i am not gonna touch my dick, at all.. except when i go pee.
 
My obsession with length has taken a new toll. I have to get an extra inch. Or at least a half inch ... my girth seems to be expanding even more, and im almost at my goal for it... i almost feel like its limiting my length gain

I have compltely changed my routine to make it 100% length based.. less stress this way. Instead of edging every chance i get, now i do rotaries and jai stretches every chance i get.. and i exteneded the warm ups and care in my stretches, also added a warm down phase

Im gonna make it no matter what
 
Rotaries and Jai Stretches every time you go to take a piss, and i drink alot of water now, so i make sure i do this at leat 5 + times a day or more

I have a feeling warm up is a big thing, im gonna find out just how big when i do my workout tonight

my workouts are medium intensity right now, long holds for a few stretches. Going slowly to higher intensity stretching and holding

The blood flow in my penis has increased a hell of a lot through the hypnosis tapes.

This is gonna be a great New Years when i measure next in 1 month!
