Had surgery yesterday.

I am excited for you. I, too have had no length gains at all. My girth is more than adequate at 7.5" but my length is 6.5" nbp and 7" bp. I am a bodybuilder with large legs and my flaccid does not look like I want. My erection looks very average as well, partially because of my large girth. I would love to do it, but I guess I am a pessimist, fearing that it would work for everyone else, but not for me.
But I am really happy for you. It looks great.

When the doctor told you that you will gain from hanging (pulling the penis outward), why he did sell you the surgery?

I'm sure it is because gains would come easier with a severed ligament. The rest of us here either don't have the 13K, are scared, or see satisfactory gains without the pain and risk of surgery.
 
Good luck with your new penis size Sparky. I had the procedure done about 7 years ago and I have been totally satisfied to this day with my results.

I hear most people talk only of the horror stories about enlargement procedures, but I can only speak for myself that it has been positive not only for myself esteem but also the sex with my wife also improved (due to more overall size).

He didn't sell me the surgery. I simply wanted him to perform it hands down, and all he did was try to rationalize it for me, still leaving me wanting the procedure.

I had the lengthening surgery (cutting the suspensory ligament) inwhich I gained 1 inch both erect and flaccid. I had the fat transfer procedure done as the fat grafts were just starting to be performed and were very costly then.
The fat transfer looses some girth after a while due to reabsorbtion of the fat but you will not have that problem with the fat grafts (this is a better option).

As for healing I could have sex after 6 weeks (it was hard to wait that long)but it was looking very healed before the 4 th week. It may look a little average for the first 2 weeks (bruising and swelling) but it should look totally normal once the healing has finished.

The angle as far as I could tell was the same as before, if there was any difference it would be negligible. The stability had not changed either. As I have said before I can only speak for my own surgery.

Pain

I am very suprised to not that the pain is minimal. I had a small erection last night, and that was the most painful, but honestly not that bad. The only reason I have been takiing pain kills is to relax me and make me sit and let my body heal.



I don't have any pics just yet, but will update when I get home and can take off the bandages.

I have never met a man who admitted to having had penile augmentation...
Most girls who have had breast implants seem delighted to show you (and allow you to touch) their new bosoms ?
 
I'll probably have surgery eventually. I'm going to continue NPenis Enlargement for a few years until I've exhausted most of my possible gains, though.

They are coming soon. It's healing quite nicely, and I haven't lost any girth so far. Also, it looks to be getting longer everyday as well as hanging lower and more natural. This rocks!!

Yes. Unfortunately in my case natural Penis Enlargement was difficult due to my incredibly deeply located Ligament and how tough it was.
 
-How bad is the donar scar? Any pain there? Would you please post a picture of that area. This is one of the main things that is holding me back.

-I was also shocked to hear anything bad about Rheinschild. After a lot of internet research he was my first choice, glad I read your posts. Why did your go with Wineland?

If your concerned with the donor scar, why don't you opt for alloderm?
 
BTC, I spoke with rheinchild on the phone, he told me that alloderm has a high risk of infection, doesn't streach as well, and that it no longer comes in large enough strips, so that many strips have to be put together making it less effective and more risky.

Spanky, I went to Dr. Wineland's website and right away I have two questions. 1) how old is he? He looks very young. I guess my real question is how much experience does he have? 2) I saw that your picture are on his website. Do you work for him?

Alloderm doesn't have a high risk of infection, if infection does happen it would be more damaging. It is harder to stretch. Most likely it is far CHEAPenis EnlargementR for HIM to do dermal. Alloderm is like $1500 a sheet. I had alloderm for my first procedure, most likely my second procedure will be dermal. I would beware of Rheinschild's dermal grafts. He is known to carve them to nothing.

Wineland is in his 60's. He trained with Rheinschild some 500 surgeries. Also, please note Rheinschild is pushing 80...

What's your girth like, surgery is such a major step, I'm sure physiologly aslo. I'm sure a couple years of Penis Enlargement could yeild some major results.

After reading post here and on other boards, I would not use Rheinchild. Listen to the posts here, I agree with them that you should stay away from the old dude.

I know this is an old thread, but if Sparky1 who started this thread can PM and give me his e-mail address, that would be great! I just had dermals (taken from each butt crease), lengthening and glanular. I'd love to get some advice from you!
