Stretching with a severed ligament is beauty. I will continue to stretch and hang for a long time.
In my case, I could never gain anything in terms of length because of my ligs were incredibly tough and deep. I tested my LOT when I first began P.E. and it was the lowest possible determining that any gains I would get would be slow in coming. This was confirmed when the Dr. said my ligs were twice as deep as any other guy an super tough to sever.

I honestly want to train less if not at all after a certain point, but ill always more than likely do it once a week after a year of training. However i def want to stop at some point.

You are the first person that I have ever heard (in my 12+ years of research) who had something BAD to say about Dr Rheinschild. Why the harsh words? I'm having the surgery myself this year and always felt I'd go with Gary. Fill me in please....?

Dr. Rheinschild was AWESOME in his day, but now turned very greedy. His hands shake violently and his practice has taken a dive for the worse. There are so many lawsuits pending for him right now, and his days of a plastic surgeon are soon over. I personally know three people that have been severely botched by Rheinschild, some of which lost complete feeling in their penis. If you are a member of other discussion site Forums, read 8-Ball's surgery thread. He had the surgery done with Gary, and now is smaller than before.

I don't think you will have any trouble gaining that much, but it all depends on your anatomy. Most people gain .5 inch without any post op when they heal (4 weeks). Then, once you start training, it's all over from there because remember, the lig is severed, which hold most people back. Also, you are young like me, and dude, we recover so fast. I'm about to post a before/after, then you can see how much I gained in length even when my unit is retracted because of the trauma/pain.

Hey thanks man! I'm telling you though, it is risky to pull on the penis at all the first couple of days. Even if you get a semi-erection, you can tear the sutures opening the door for an infection. I personally don't think it is going to do anything for you compared to the extreme risk, however, it is your johnson!

^^That is correct. But it's a lot better than the liposuction option, or I should say it provides better results. I've got a nice muscular ass. I wouldn't want a strip taken out of it. But it's better than having a hard-on that feels like a cylindrical tit.

As far as your graft...is that more desirable than the Alloderm? I'm thinking of the Alloderm because it would seem like a skin graft could be lumpy whereas the Alloderm is smooth and every piece is identical in size & thickness.

I believe that your own skin is much better, and as far as the lumpiness, there is none, it is very smooth as the Dr. shaves it slightly to make it completely flat. Alloderm is more able to get infected, and costs much more. To me, I like the idea of my own tissue, but some prefer alloderm because there is no scar of the back or buttocks.
