didnt pe today did kegels through the day though. my flacid size has gone down in the two days ive taken off pe, but tomorrow all put in a good session. i plan on doing this 1 day on and 2 days off for a couple weeks and see how it goes.
 
Did exercises yesterday and am about to do them again tonight. i couldnt hold out on the 1 day on 2 days off as i felt i was loosing way to much progress maybe it was just a mind thing. had a really good session last night, i jelqed and did some clamping in my hot-tub. I love being able to do my excercises and get my warm down all in one place! temp is currently set to 102F so i think it does do the job.
