All I can say is it worked for me extremely well, atleast enough to make me happy. But everyones body is different from the next person.
I cannot say that you will have as good or rapid of a change as I have or you could even get it done quicker with more applications per day its hard to say. But I wouldn't say hey buy this if I didn't stand behind it.
