Yesterdays and todays length routine was awesome, because of my fever the penis didn't become hard at all. As for the girth routine i had to use adult entertainment cause i could barely get an erection with my fever. No measuring because of low EQ due to my very nasty cold.
 
Getting better, but not yet 100%. Had to use antibiotics prescripted by home medic. Shit never again. My dedication is strong, did the routine even sick so didn't miss the sessions:). Hopefully by the end of the week i will have my measurements:)
 
Did the routines yesterday and today, EQ is low because of excessive sex, this means good stretching :P. I measured myself and gained 3 mm in length (soooo happy), but nothing on girth. Maybe i should do something for girth not just jelqs, i will incorporate ULI`s.

Todays stretching went well, for girth i did 10 sets of 30 sec ULIs super-seted with 30 jelqs in between, it felt good:). Any thoughts on my new girth routine?:)

Did my routine on 1-2 and off 3-4, on 5-6. My routine is 2 sets of 30 sec stretches in all directions (length), and for girth 5 ULIs (each 30 sec) and 30 jelqs between them, and another 30 jelq at the and so 6 sets of 30 jelqs, total 180 jelqs with 5 ULIs. Note 10 ULIs were to much for my dick it started to get harder when flaccid.

Day 13 Dec 2010:
Warmup 5 minutes.
Length: Stretching 2 sets of all direction stretches including behind the cheeks. After every 3 stretches 10 rotary stretch
Girth: 5 30 sec ULIs, with light jelqs between them.
Warmdown 5 minutes

Extra: manual scrotum stretching with testicle health massage 3-5 minutes
Observations: -
Training frequency 2 on - 1 off - 2 on - 2 off
