is there a pictured instruction set of how to add the rods and springs, the manual has no pictures and is not detailed. I dont understand where the springs go and all the different screws. By the way its an Andro Penis, which is supposed to be the same product as the Vimax [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words]. Any help appreciated.

The idea is that as the penis resists stretching is thickens. I have definetly gained girth. I never measured for it other than I was 5.75 a year ago and am now just over 6 consistently.

I think the base girth (skeletal) is the bib hanging (hard core) and I think the midshaft and upper end are from the static stretcher (heavy).

I don't jelq hard enough to build any appreciable pressure. I try to keep my skin in good shape for the devices I'm using. If I did both I'd probably end up with skin troubles.

So how do you gain base girth if you don't hang?
 
Stretching base muscle can be done with anything that stretches you appreciably. I just happen to hang and use the heavy. I guess jelqing can do it too.
 
WHat is the issue, the bottom piece pushing against the scrotum?
