Thank you I'm glad to have been part of this place for a year already and hopefully many more years to come! Ya I have, but through hanging! Hanging even just 6lbs for 2-3 sets of 15 minuets gives me more intensity then my old regular manual sessions! I think that at the end of my hanging sessions from now on I am going to add a set of newbie stretches or something along those lines just to make sure that I am hitting all angles!

Ok I may try those! I do the Mandingo V-stretches because I feel like they are a lot more powerful then just the regular Mandingo stretches. Also on a side note kyomoto, I may do your .5"-1" by April 15 challenge!! With my new routine i have faith that I am going to be able to gain about that size by then! how do I enter the contest? And if I don't end up entering, I will still be cheering from the sidelines and comparing my gains to everyone else's! :)

they are! but even v stretch mandingo wasnt enough for me so i had to do bundled lol. I know you'll gain :)

I tried the Mandingo bundles today... They work really well but I don't want to make my turkey neck even worse Lol!

Just be sure you have the skin pulled back so the scrotal skin does not get lengthened.

Ahh no worries, only do it when you're ready or if not just do the normal bundles they'll always be killer

I don't know how bad it'll create turkey neck since I've not had the problem and I can imagine its hard just pulling back on the skin while doing the exercise.

This is a life-changing experience and having the support of this community allows for all those 'behind-closed-doors' victories to be shared in a safe/encouraging environment. If I tried PE w/out [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], there's no way I'd have any of the successes that I've enjoyed...having a place to discuss what you can't in 'The Real World' is priceless, imo

I hear you but that does not cover the length of the entire shaft. I would still add in traditional Bundles.

Of course, the mandingo bundles hit more of the base, you can target any area of the shaft just bundle that area and stretch but when ive done bundles i only felt it in the middle so the mandingo plus bundle give great base tunica ripping

-10 minute shower warmup

-ujw for 4-5 hours

I think I may up the weight that I'm hanging to about 7.5lbs soon, probably within the next 2-3 days or so. 6 lbs is feeling a little bit light now. Also my divosuits should be in soon so I'm going to start using those for all day passive pe and all night passive pe as well.
 
September 27/16

REST DAY

I don't usually take rest days but today i had no time to do my usual hanging routine like i usually do. Tonight i may try to get a quick hanging session followed by an attempt at an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ANS[/words]. Funny story, when i first started PE i heard of hanging and thought to myself "why would i ever hang? i don't think i ever will!" and here i am today about 1 week into hanging and I'm already loving it! Once i get my new hanger (don't know which one i am going to get yet) i am not going to be able to stop hanging! My homemade hanger is doing the trick for now though, I am getting used to it.
