I am sure you will do amazing with it, it will definitely make going up in weight a lot easier I look forward to your review of the Malehanger.

BTW How do you do the mandingo bundled stretches? Do you have link to a video?

I am going out of town next week so when I get back in 2 weeks I will have it and I will make the review!:)

What I do for the Mandingo bundles is I twist my dick around 1 time and then do a Mandingo stretch so as I'm doing the Mandingo my dick is also bundled around 2 times! I hope this makes sense, I'm bad at explaining things lol.

Didn't have much time in the AM to get hanging done but here's how today went...

OCTOBER 4/16

-5 minute shower warmup
-5 minute bundled Mandingo stretches
-1 set of newbie stretches (30 secs each)
-1 set of BTC stretches (30 secs each)
-ujw for 5 hours
-2x15 minutes hanging @7.5lbs
-ujw for 3 hours

Soon I am going to start doing a hanging routine before bed as well to get some more stretching in. I'm going to try to get it in every day or every other day

I usually switch between SD and BTC but I am going to make some sort of a rig soon so that I can hang SO. Sometimes I do 20 minutes sets it all depends on how my glans are feeling (purple and cold). When I get back from my trip I am going to start doing night hanging sessions so I will get 1+ hours hanging a day!

I found straight down to be the most intense for me, I was doing btc before. Your routine looks solid though keep it up. I was thinking of trying a-stretch type of hanging with a broom stick or something, that might be a little crazy though. Actually the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] would be ideal for that.
