Two nights ago, I followed all of your advice and tried edging. I used it when I started to get softer during girth exercises. I did it successfully about 4 times and it really helped. After one time I was going to start to do compression squeezes on the vanity after edging and it just pulsated for maybe 15 seconds before I could really get started (interesting, good, and weird feeling). I guess I got to just before that "point of no return." I will definitely incorporate this into my workouts. Thanks.
 
I think it's great that edging is getting so much attention.

When I started reading about NPenis Enlargement I had already been using this technique for some time, so I incorporated it into my routine. The point to remember is not how many times you GET to the edge, but how long you can STAY there... it's like surfing.

As I see it, that's why edging is beneficial to Penis Enlargement: you're maintaining high erection levels for long periods, not approaching your highest levels and backing off. I'm sure that's beneficial, but if you can master the edge riding, you get the added bonus of more intense orgasm.
 
so in a nutshell edging is this.

You wank till ya near target practice, when nearing that you squeeze the PC muscle and hold till the urge goes-away.

Than repeat the above ^ over and over.

Maybe im different, but before girth workouts, i do eding for about 10 minutes straight. Then on off days, i do edging for 20 minutes for the sake of girth benefits. i dont focus on reps, but on time. Maybe its just me?
 
Edging definitely works. I gained .5" over a year and a half period by using it.

I didn't know it at the time, but it would explain that crazy girth jump. Bascially I'd edge about 25 times when I had sex with my girlfriend.

Love for it to be proven, but I'm going to be using it for now.
 
30 minutes of Ulis, Horses and bends. Gives me at least 3/8" pump which remains for most of the rest of the day.

Thats my method, it seems to work good thus far.
I get a nice pump.

This Edging also helps keep fresh DHT, testostarone fuelled blood in the penis for longer, right after edging the penis will have a nice top up of this, as you near ejaculation and you kegel you will feel an expansion, thats caused bt certain chemicals and hormones, but also them two I just mentioned.
Its these chemicals and hormones that keep getting shall we say spiked in this manner that gives us the gains we see when we edge.... IMHO anyway, I aint got anytrhing to back it up, nor shall I search around the net either .... take it or leave it lads ;)
 
Whenever I edge and squeeze my PC muscle I see my head expand to get really huge, but quickly go down to be really small. This mean anything?

I've been edging over the past few days and have noticed my flaccid, particularly today, hanging pretty fat. :)

Wouldn't it be better to push in the inner penis (as in BTB jelqing, but you don't jelq you just push hard.)?

I dont like BTB stretching ;) but I agree it could help some out doing it that way.
 
instead of doing a kegal, try doing a reverse kegal...man when I do that I get swollen, istead of squeezing the PC muscle push with it its a total different type of pump. Doing a regular kegal you only force blood into the penis with that first squeeze, then while your holding ihe PC your just holding the blood in there, but with a reverse kegal your constantly pushing blood into the penis try it out!
