From my experience in stopping the ejaculation reverse kegals are the better IMO. When I kegel It just wants to fly out, but when I do a reverse it seems to block it from coming out. You can also reverse kegal when you get a full erection to ballon it up even more than it already is. While your are masterbating. I did this last night for like an hour after a good girth workout, I did not cum but at the end of the session it was extreamly hard to fight the urge just to finish off. All I can say is try it out you can also learn how to breath while doing a reverse kegal so you don't bust a vein in your forehead. when I do this my penis starts to beat like a heart...up and down and down...I love to do this man its great to keep a high blood flow in your penis for long peorids of time without having to resort to a tourniqet of anytype puls it feels real good. I beleive this can help cement your grith gains without a doubt! Happpy edging my friends.
 
I am in agreement on the reverse kegal slowing the urge to shoot.

Man, after an hour or so of edging, you should really let it fly. The load you've built at that point is no doubt much bigger than average. If you kegel at the right moment, you'll be surprised how strong the ejaculation is. And really a lot of fluid from the edging.

I don't think that doing this would do wonders for your ejaculation control. If you're always teasing yourself and never cumming, when you get into some actual pussy you'll be so built up and horny that you'll bust off within a minute's time.

It can be brutal. Lately I've mixed edging with squat stretches and girth work and it's intense. Pretty good aerobic workout after an hour. But I have to release fluid at some point, and for sure at the end of any day that I've done this.

I cum when having sex with my girlfriend, or when reciveing a blow job. We do it like 4 times a week so I'm always releasing my sperm on a regular. This does work wonders for my ejaculation control. I pretty much can cum at will, when ever I want to from 3 mins to 2 hours its all up to me. Plus a blowjob before sex is a great way to build up your endurance for the actual penatration! However you do have a point if I really did'nt get any sex I bet I'd have problems not being able to hold back when I actually got into some pussy!!

Nevertheless, the point is that edging doesn't worsen the problem of premature ejaculation; if you're shooting when you enter, you've got a problem for sure but that's not the result of edging.

It's enhanced my performance for any type of sexual activity and I can control when I shoot, too.
 
I've been doing this exercise for the past few weeks now. The first day was so intense and the pulsating was crazy. After about 10 minutes I blew my load. The next two days I couldn't get the same intensity and didn't make it too long because of trying too hard.

I took a day off from it and since then I've been able to control it pretty well. I can go ten minutes or so and then I stop because of the cruelty of this exercise. :) On days where I have the time I'm going to start doing a 5 minute session or so every half hour.

My next break will be in mid-February (half a week to a week of no Penis Enlargement), so this seems to be the new shock to my workout as DLD blasters, Uli's and Horse440s were.
 
I always edge during my girth workout. I'm a fan of near-full erection girth work (you'll lose some erection hardness right away from good girthwork so I don't see it as dangerous as some do) and I use edging as a way to work up to full erection between "sets". The pumps I get from that if I use good girth exercises (for me that's dry jelqs, reverse dry jelqs, and just regular trapping) is amazing. The pump is about .3" larger and things stay larger than usual for at least 4 hours. (Not as large as the minutes post-workout but large enough to be noticeable, both by me and my girlfriend.) The good thing about this is that my post-workout condition is still rock hard.
 
Firstly, let me say I cannot take all the credit for this. I was prodded to try edging for my stubborn girth by Supra. I took what he recommended and tweaked it to incorporate it into my workout and after one workout the pump I got was second to none.

I was doing a combination of jelqing, then uli, then horse squeezes everyday. Tonight, I did a mere 5 minutes of edging before starting my workout and 3 minutes in between each exercise. I measured my post workout girth and it was significantly bigger around than usual post workout pump. More than I've ever had. I will say that edging is TOUGH stuff, its hard not to cum and if you do cum your workout will be over right there.

I urge people to try this. I am still definately in the experiment phase but I tihnk this has tremendous people. I have heard rare stories of people gaining girth solely from edging and I think that when combined with other girth exercises, the gains can be multiplies many times over. I will keep this thread updated as I learn more.

You do have a point here but I avoid edging because I hate to cum when I'm focused on girth work. Another thing that works for big expansion is adding the mityvac/bathmate hard-core stretches to your 5x5x3 routine. It works like magic.

I'm struggling with my bathmate. The beast is too wide. My balls are crying. The mityvac is the best.no doubt. The 2.5 mityvac doesn't give me this problem. I wish I have the mityvac
