I do it in simpler way.
I do pe 2 times a day once at the morning and once before i go to bed.
I apply DMSO + PABA only in the morning or before my night session if i feel my tunica is too tough or i have some injury.
This is how i do it: While i am sleeping in the morning and i notice my morning wood immediately get a silicone cockring and put it on my base and continue sleeping for 30~ minutes. I wake up now and start doing my girth session with my already slightly expanded from the cockring dick.I do SSJs and similar squeezes and bends to get maximum expansion and soften the tunica.I do this for 40 to 50minutes. I remove the cockring get up and start applying DMSO + PABA on my already expanded dick..
I let it sit there for 20minutes and i walk around like that, make my breakfast etc.
