Extended for 5 hrs today! No girth work today.
I am going to make a routine to follow so my progress is more easily trackable and so I can put it into an easy to read chart someday down the road.
I just used the SNAKE HANGER for the first time. WOW!!!. I started by hanging 5 lbs and after a few minuted had to stop, it was to much weight. So I went down 3 lbs for 10 minutes and that felt like a great stretch. I can still feel the stretch as I am typing this. I am going to do 5 minutes of hanging with 3 lbs then I will wrap lightly and go to bed.
