Updated New Routine.

I have eliminated the Jelq sessions and now I am focussed on hanging and jelqing mainly for circulation reasons.

I started at 6.0 nbp

Now 13 or 14 months later I am 8.0 nbp, girth is 6.0 inches, flaccid 6.0 inches

My goal is 10 or 10.5 nbp, girth 7.0. flaccid 8.0 to 8.5

So my routine starting out is Monday thru Sunday

Hanging one hour during the morning and one to two hours at night.

I normally hang with 10lbs and on a good day I can do 12.5 lbs

I will keep everyone updated as much as possible

Very very nice, things like this motivate me. Just imagining myself in a year NOT Penis Enlargementing and then imagining myself if i HAD BEEN Penis Enlargementing, helluva difference. ;)

You mention that you've changed your routine but what brought you these gains? I'm looking to get that last little bit to get past the 8" mark and I could use some (hopefully) new ideas.
 
Well I changed my routine a few weeks ago. I feel really confident about my decision after doing more research.

I made a stretching device that is sound. It is really helping me out with length. It is made different from the others.

I made a homemade hanger that is different. It gives me more lead way with girth.

I am also performing DLD Supersets as wells erect stretching, and individual horse sets.

I feel good about this routine and I am not going to change it at all.

I will keep everyone up to date.

(Also the key for me was an indepth understanding my penis.)

I searched on the internet for hours calculate information and researching until I finally understand it all.

I really have a good understanding of how to get a larger penis.

Research is the key as well as patience.

I have stop hanging altogether. I gained about 1/2 inch hanging. However, I have retired. Now I am performing horses, uli's and I just brought a jelq device. My dick is just amazing. I feel like the "HULK". I am going to buy and support DLD site.

I know that it has been a while since I have sent out a thread. However, I was moving from one state to another. Now I am back and settled this time.

My goal is 10 or 10.5 nbp.

I am currently at 9.0 nbp. I am stuck at the moment. My girth is very wide at 7.0. I think I need to reduce my width in order to gain some more length.

Well I will keep everyone informed of any changes.
 
I have remeasured my penis tonight. I am not 9.0 inches. However, I am 9.0 inches bone pressed.

I am 8.25 none bone pressed.

I girth is definitely thick as hell.

I have come to a crossroads. I have decided to change my long term goals.

I am no longer pushing for 10 inches nbp. I am going to pursue 9.50 instead. I believe even 9.25 would be fine with me.

I just want to be over 9 inches. I have been puzzling the "hell" out of my brain. Going thru sleepless nights thinking about a big ass dick. Hell! I am going to settle down now and enjoy life more. I have been relentlessly going through unnecessary changes. I am happy that I have gained. Just with knowing that I can have a bigger penis is a blessing. I am happy. I have not even used my new "dick" yet. I have been obsessing over a big monster dick for the longest since being put down for having a small penis at one time. However, that was two and half years ago.

I have since been educated about sex and a larger healthier penis.

So I am going to lighten up. It is not like my penis is small.

I can truthfully say that my penis is big. I am a myth now.

I need to start thinking realistically.
 
I am not comfortable with showing my penis on the Internet. You will just have to take my word for it. I have no reason to lie. Because I am not in competition with anyone hear. My goal is mine only.

Brand New Routine.

Power Jelq Device: Upward=1 hour, Straight Out=1 hour
Phase 4 Twice
Lazy Ass Stretches As much as possible
Hanging Straight Up 1.0 hour
New Stretching Technique in the Upward position only (2 to 3 hours daily)
Kegels 20 minutes
Testicule Massage and Stretching 20 minutes Daily

I am no longer pursuing 10 inches any more. It is not even that serious to me at all. My new goal is 9 1/4 X 7.5 and Flaccid Length 7 1/4 X 6.0. After this I am retiring.
 
WOW man! What is that like 6+ Hrs of Penis Enlargement a day??? I wish i even had the discipline to Penis Enlargement my dick for 6 hrs.
 
Listen, you may not believe me when I say this however it is true. I am going to retire from hanging because I have found my niche. I came up with an idea to stretch upward with great intensity. I no longer have to use weights any more. Of course I am going to still use the bib hanger. However, all I have wanted was some length. It has been a constant struggle and yes, I get frustrated as "hell" like anyone else. However, it is all about to change. The new device that I have created is "phat".

So I am retire from using weight because it is not working for me for some reason or another. I will share how I came up with this idea later this month when I measure again. I can tell that I have gain more length in both Erect and flaccid states since using this method.

6 hours has changed into 3 hours a day. I am doing everything in the Upward position only. Bib Lot's Theory is definitely something that I am going to live by. DLD's phase 4 is going to give me a big ass girth :cool:

I have gained 0.25 in both length and girth. I am happy rofl as "hell" because I am going to retire from Penis Enlargement sooner or later. I mean I will always do the execises but not as intensely. I need a life.

However, I am hoping to gain another 0.25 by the end of March, hopefully.
 
now you have me courious too. I was thinking stretching upward would be more benifical as well for length but figured I better do a little more research as most of you guys are pro's compared to us newbies.

Ok, Fellows.

Basically, my new stretch routine is more of a situation then a device. It is rather complicated. So listen the best way you can. You are more than welcomed to change it around for yourself or improve on it as well.

However, it has been working for me. Now understand this is my niche. You have to find yours. I would try all of the exercises until you find your niche. Hanging was not working for me. I felt as though I was losing rather then gaining. However, I do believe in Bib Lot's Theory. So I had to come up with another approach.

Ok, I position myself in a computer chair. I still use the homemade bib hanger however, I designed mine a little differently inorder to get a much better stretch. Now I use a stool and place it behind my back. My stool is the same height when I am sitting down. I use a stretching band that has a hook on each ends. I can either use the elastic or the rubber band hooks. I guess you call them Elastic Tie Downs. You do not have to take this approach you can find what works for you.

I used a piece of rope or smaller 12 " Elastic Tie Down around the base of the stool. I tie it into a knot. Then I use the rubber tie down to hook itself onto the knot of the elastic rope. The rubber tie down is very short. I pull the rubber tie down upward over the seat of the stool. I am seated in my computer chair and the stool is right in back of me. I have homemade bib hanger on my "penis". The rubber tie down is really difficult to pull because it is a tight stretch over the seat. However, when I eventually pull the rubber tie down over the seat. I hook it up to the hanger while I am seated. It pulls my dick upward giving it an intense pull.

I started off with 10 minutes then I moved it up to 20 minutes. I am now performing the stretch for up to 2 hours daily. I only perform the routine upward. It works for me. However, you have to find your niche. I know it sounds difficult to understand however, you can basically get the general idea and improve on the idea.

This is very similar to Getting your dick then pull it between your legs THEN pull it upwards behind your back ... I feel the ligs ALOT MORE than ANY!!!!! exercise... this is the only time I feel the ligs .


Is this how it kinda is?
