BIB Hanger How To Video

Bumping this thread, never knew BIB was actually a member here. Sad that the video isn't there anymore, would love4 to see what that device looks like when in use.

I just understood it out of the blue. 1 day I was doing doing regular stretches. And I realized that they were similar to stretching a towel when you twist a towel together. It will become longer in the end. So I apply this to stretching and has best exercise I came up with
