No that's not true.

First of all, goinfor11x7 is a veteran and he's been with us forever. what works for him will most likely not work for you (not yet anyways). It's like 18 year old boys reading Ronnie Coleman's workout in a muscle magazine and trying it hoping for mass gains.

You're still fairly new to Penis Enlargement and if you jelq more than 20 mins a day, you're gonna do more harm than good. you're penis needs to get used to the pressure before you up your time. I'm sure goinfor11x7 didn't start his routine by a 2 hour/day jelq session.

That's my humble opinion, you can try what goinfor11x7 says and who knows maybe you won't get a thrombosed vein, or bruising, and instead you'll get an inch of gains. (the same inch that you would gain anyways doing simple 20 mins/day jelq routine because they're newbie gains)
 
So far, 3 months of Penis Enlargement'ing about 30 minutes 5 times per week have given me over 1/4" in girth gains. My length, however, has not budged. DLD's response was I need to attack it with intensity and time, which I have, and now do 30 minutes of stretches plus 30 minutes of jelqing. I think I'm starting to see some length increases in the stretched position already (1 week). Sometimes you just need more.

Also, I've never always loved jelqing. Once I was able to get myself into the mode of where basically I didn't want to stop jelqing b/c I started loving the exercise so much (which is where I am now), I get the best gains from that. I could easily do a 90 minute jelq session like Samzman...perhaps I'll try it for a month soon (after I get a length increase from stretching).

so how hard are u supposed to grip whilst jelqing, and how do you jelq if ye got a foreskin ? i only want to gain 1inch in both girth and length what typ of routine would be good for this. any addvice would be really appreciated, also ive been sufferin from weak ercetion lately u guys got any advice for bossting them.

There is a lot of truth in your post, V.K. Thanks for reminding me of my own "humble" beginnings.

I did start out very carefully--maybe 20 minutes a day. I didn't want to injure myself. I still, to this day, stop if I feel any sharp pain.

I upped it to 30 minutes a day, then 40 a day, and so forth.

I probably didn't hit an hour a day until, (I forget), probably week 6 or so. So I was well into my second month.

So I definitely built up slowly, and that is your point, and it is a very good one.

There is also a genetic factor here. I have VERY resilient skin. The dermatologist told me recently that I have the skin of a man much younger than I am.

So you have to work with whatever mother nature has given you.

BOTTOM LINE: DON"T OVERDO IT!!! I think mother nature visited DLD's house after she left mine.

Your point is well taken--that the same results might have been achieved with shorter and less intense workouts.

I'll never know the answer to that question. I was too busy enjoying the workouts.

Yes, Jason. It grew (or should I say "stretched") tremendously. Most of my glans is now covered with foreskin most of the time. If you saw me in the shower, especially after a workout at the club, you would never know I was circumcized.

damn those jelqs! they're too fun for their own good. I can never stop in time if it was up to me. I don't think I'll stop jelqing at least once or twice a week even if i reach my maximum size!

It all depends on what your trying to achieve. Different grips and different errection levels target different areas of Penis Enlargement.
 
Yes. VK and goingfor11x7 are right. Don't over due it. Battle scars are to be expected, but let them be a sign to hold up and slow down. Take a rest. By no means am I a veteran in the pe community. But, I did start with less intense workouts than the ones I do now. I used to do 30 minutes of jelqing but now do 1 hour +. 1 hour = about 400 intense downward angled jelqs for me.

I am enjoying this new jelq intensity.
