Just thought id add my log to the list , ive been Peing for about 1 1/2 months or so but did play around with the idea for a little while.
I started off at around 6.2 x 5.7 got a fair bit on the girth side so aiming for that LENGTH ! Im around 6.5 - 6.7 x 5.7 so ive done a some gaining but ne ways this is my routine as of 2 weeks ago :)

Wet warm up cloth 3 min
Stretch in all 5 directions ( straight out , up , left , right then down ) 25 reps of 5 sec's each direction
DLD's Bundled Tunica Stretch 12 reps of 20 sec's
BTC Stretch 20+ reps for 30 sec's
Downward Stretch 10 reps of 30 sec's
Wet Jelq at 80% for about 15 min
Warm down SHOWER rofl

Then Relax my ass.... after every session my member is swollen and those BTC gives me a real good lig stretch can always feel it the next day when i start my stretching again. As like Dld i myself like to train 7 days but most of the time i take a day when im really drained or my G/f is with me.

Last 2 days Ive done this ive had a massive pump and a mean flaccid hang for up to 2-3 hours after. Can deffinitly feel the ligs being worked because they are sore after a work out and the next day. I have been getting fluid build up but no worries it gos away after a little while :)
 
Dude, you had a good size to start at so you'll be at your goal size fairly quickly. Just keep doing what you are doing and don't stop until you get all of those newbie gains. They are a sweet deal. Happy Holidays.

Well shit ... not to much to report havent had a work out in 3 days New years was fucken mint , me and the G/f went away to an island with heaps of people and dropped some X pretty mild pill aye didnt get shrinkage either :D

My G/f has been here so i havent been able to work out , been having to much sex and theres no way i could work out after sex !

On a side note ... im thinking bout buying a Bib hanger whats your guys thoughts ?

Changed my work out a bit , as follows....

Wet warm up cloth 3 min

Took jelqing out to aim on my Length depending on how it gos i might throw it back in :) Had a decent stretch today and had lots of fluid buil up.
 
God damn last night i couldnt be bothered workin out ( just done a 15 1/2 hour shift )
but i remembered one of Your posts DLD thats said never miss a work out so... i managed to get myself into doing a 30 min work out and still got a mean fatigue :)

Just scanned and emailed my Authorization form to Yowcow to put funds into my Yowcow account but i havent recieved the funds in there yet but i got the email saying they recieved it. Does it take a couple of days to put the money into ym account or what , they have taken the money out of my credit card too. CANT WAIT WANT MY BIB !!!!

Oh so you're going into hanging. That's pretty cool. Keep us updated on this. I want to get into hanging someday, but want to wait at least another 6 months or so. I feel by doing manual Penis Enlargement first I feel somewhat loyal to it so I made myself a promise that I'd see it through for a year before I did anything like hanging. Same went for clamping. That's me though. It's really good to see someone getting good gains around here and not only that but you've gained and are now going to hang. I don't think I've seen or paid attention enough perhaps to notice if someone had gone into hanging fairly early in their Penis Enlargement life after starting out with manual...or is that not the case?? come to think of it..I can't say I know or can recall for sure if you did manual stretching first..."at any rate" let us know how this goes...and keep gaining.

Yea ive been doing manual stretching for 4 months or so but didnt do it on a regular basis to really call it anything. I only got really into it the past 2 months and have gained a fair amount , well the g/f has seen the difference. I think its good that you are seeing the year through but in the end of the day if you think your gonna make good gains from Hanging by all means do it ! We are all about gaining here :D
 
Had a few days off , dont normally do that but i was haven the mad sex with the G/f so its all good. My Gym progress is going really well put a lot of muscle on , got offered a chance to train and compete in an athletic body building comp comming ... some guy came up to me at the gym and asked me :)

Trying to stretch my nuts for a better sack hang so im doing about 5 min off pulling down or wet jelqing every day. Im just awaiting for my bib starter now , ill be combining hanging and stretching prolly 3-4 20 min hangs and then 20 - 30 min stretching , will tell you guys when i start :)

My girl came over just after work and i was getting outa the shower and she was already in my bed with these cute little tan army butt check pants and this cute little army top ... as i went over to my dresser to put some boxers on ( as a joke i knew she'd pull me over :p ) then she pulled me onto the bed and RAPenis EnlargementD the heavens out of me. Quick note , ive been pulling down on my balls for 5-10 min a day and god damn in less than a week my nuts are hanging heaps lower and when i shoot its heaps bigger , damn who ever thought a little 5-10 min thing could make such a difference. Im guessing my nuts hanging 1.5 cm lower now !
If you want your nuts to hang low all ive been doing is holding just above my nuts and pulling towards the ground till i feel slight pain then hold for 30 sec then repeat for 5-10 min and i promise you , your nuts will be hanging lower in a week ! Shit i could be your spokes person Dld :)

Just finished my work out for the day got a massive fluid build up and felt some really lig pain the last few days when ive Pe'd. I have been pulling harder and longer and more intense , i feel this way is best ! Flaccid hang seems heaps bigger i think mainly because of the BTC stretches ive been doing.

I have decided once i get my hanger ill do 45 min hanging , 20 min stretching and 15 - 20 jelqing , after thinking about it i thought why the fuck not and target 2 areas !

Now starting to think about head expansion , i want my head to be the same size as my 5.7 girth if not bigger. Now heres where you guys come in , someone through me a good exercise that they've had good gains with. I have had a look but am not sure on what exercise to do.

GOAL added ! 8 x 6 or so... by May ( Trust me ill get there !!! )
 
Got my bib last night :p
Did my normal routine and at about 9 pm went up to the mail box to get my bills but instead there was a box from bib :)

Just wanted to try it so i did 2 sets of 15 min Btl with 5 pounds and 1 5 min with 10 pounds just to see what it would be like :)

Now 2day i did 3 sets of 15 with 5 pounds and 1 set of 10 pounds for 10 min :)

After hanging last night i went to start hanging today put my bib on and fuck me i could feel my ligs like nothing ive ever felt b4 !

Today i did 2 sets of 15 min with 7 pounds and then did another 2 10 min because my bloody daog keept barking so i had to take my bib off and go outside and see what he was barking at. Goign to hang for another 40 min or so tonight :)
 
Cool, I 'll watch this thread because I need some akind of frame of reference.

As far as head expansion goes try Supra Slammers or mini Supra Slammers. Or do a variation where you just straight jelq real slowly to the top as you come to the edge. I've never really done girth though. I mean .9 inches in erect girth isn't anything when you come from where I came from. All I did was basic wet jelqs every day then for a while all the paysite's phase II girthwork. If I can hit that mark of 7 NBP I'm going to cry. lol Then it's on from there. Relentless hanging lol.
 
Today i did 4 15 min sets of 7 pounds BTL but only just got through it , my dick was a bit to fatigue but i did it :) Going to hang for 2 sets of 10 -15 min later tonight b4 bed :)

Im taking 2 rest days today i havent had a rest day in over 7 days so meh why not and its my 2 days off work so its great. Going out to some clubs tonight with the g/f so should be fun.

On another note started taken Fuel Plex 45% protein , just for that added edge with my body. Im about 72 kg's with 6 % body fat so im shredding that shit up now :)
 
Ive had the last 2 days off but started hanging again today. I hung for 3 sets of 15 min with 10 pounds but the fuckn wrap im using keeps pinching my skin , im trying to get rid of this and trying new things becuase thats my only draw back. Im currently wraping with some bandana cloth 2 inch wide and wraps around me 6-7 times. Going to hang some more tonight , guess its just trial and error with my bib gotta get the settings right :)

Is that bandana cloth elastic? If not, you are not going to get the circulation you need while hanging. The downward pressure from the hanger will create a noose effect, the cloth will not give, and you will get more fluid buildup, discoloration, etc.

You will find that the type of wrap, and how you wrap, is as important as the hanger adjustments.

Ahaha hanging does the trick i tell ya , constant stress on those target areas ( shit i sound like someone from Jenny Graig ). I had today off due to spending quality time with the g/f , went out to the beach then the movies and ended up with sheets all over the floor at home :)

Im hanging a constant 10 lbs 4-6 sets 15 - 20 min depending on the fatigue :)
 
Yea i started at 5 lbs but it felt fine after 6 sets still got fatigue but not a strong fatigue so i upped it to 7.5 - 8 then to 10. Now im at 10 i fidn the fatigue very strong and i can just manage 4 sets of 15 - 20 depending. Im goign to try hanging longer ... forinstance , 4 sets of 10 lbs for 15 min then drop to say 5-6 lbs then hange with that for another 3 sets of 15 min.

That rocks that you're getting the most of your hanging sessions. For some reason the 5 lbs for me(highest weight I've tried so far in the first week) doesn't do much after even 4 sets at 10 minutes, but when I switch down to 3 lbs at 15 minutes a set I get fatigue to the point where I am like... shit...I'm not trying to move up in weight for a few more weeks. But I will take your advice and try out 7 on 0 off.

I try to play the lottery myself, but usually I just buy scratch tickets. You ever win? I win every now and then...not on the pick 3 or you know the actual lottery, but the scratch games I mean. If I buy two tickets I typically win back my money or a few dollars extra. I suppose I'm lucky only in the regard of breaking even. :s

Well this is what ive noticed in the past 3 weeks of hanging or so ... Hanging for 10 min at a higher weight gives you a fatigue but hanging a lower wiehgt at 20 min is extremly hard to deal with it feels like your dicks gonna pop off. The best time to hang for IMO is around 15 min. There is a huge Difference from 10 - 15 min and even more huge from 15 - 20 its atleast 2 times more of a struggel hanging for 20 rather than 15 , this comes into play only if the weight gets you fatigue after say 8 min of hanging ....

Im gonna go check ym lotto tickets after i finish writing this , if i win ill be given a portion to DLD for this amazing site and forum :) I normally win about the same as you but have never won more than 50 bux.

Lasts nights hanging was very sore , i did my normal BTL hanging routine with my chair elevated higher than my bed where i put my feet and let my member hang between my legs. I hung 3 sets of 20 min , and 1 set of 10 min ( which felt like my dick was burning :D ) all at 10 lbs. On a side note im measuring tomorrow so ive got high hopes , im guessing im .2 - .35 longer , my head seems a little bigger to so thats a plus :)

My friend just hooked me up with a box of myoplex protein for free so ill be krankn that for the next 2 weeks :) Take care guys see you tomorrow when i measure !!!
 
Yeah I've never won that much. I've won 5 bucks on those scratch games about half dozen times. I haven't bought any in a couple weeks though. I bought a gas card so I haven't gone into the store at the gas station lately. That's probably why.

I agree with you on that assessment of it being more difficult to hang with a lower weight and more time than a higher weight at less time. Shit and try hanging 20 minutes at the highest weight....shoooot I don't think I'll be trying that out for a long time.

Keep it up! Hanging eventually becomes a habit that you can't do without:D For me anyway. When I miss a day I really feel it.

Sorry for not posting i the past week , my olds split and i moved outa home and im flatting with my brother now :) Now i measured and i havent changed in lenght well maybe 0.1 ... im a bit dissapointed im going to up the anti and hang for about 2 hours a day im hanging with 12.5 lbs for 20 min 5 min inbetween sets and nice warm cloth. I will keep hanging between my legs but if i dont get any response from that within a month im going to change angles.

Got the internet hooked up and all so ill be back on these boards :)

This morning i hung 6 sets of 20 min with 14 lbs while watching Die Hard :) , was a wikid session and got a huge fluid build up. Consistant hot wraps are doing me good because i get a lot of bruising while hanging. Thinking about jelqing again for say 30 min a day as well as my 2 hours worth of hanging in OTS position , also found my LOT to be around 7 1/2 - 8 so im hangign at the right angle now after not getting any gaisn from BTC. On ward and upward 8 inches here i come !!!
 
Well today i hung for 5 sets of 20 min and 15 lbs might need to go up a little more to reach a good fatigue , currently i have some nice blue/purple/red bruising under my glans yay how attractive. 5 Sets of 18 min at 14 lbs , did some dld ball stretching seems really nice get a mean hang going on im gonna add this into my work out 5-10 min before i hang.

6 sets of 18 min at 14 lbs , did some ball stretching again by grabbing my cock with 1 hand and my balls with the other and pulling in oposite directions. Fucken mean sex tonight me and the g/f had sex for almost and hour we both came at the same time too which made it more intamite :)
