This is a series of pictures I put together to illustrate my current stats and how much a variation there is in measuring locations.

I am using a steel ruler with an 1/8" leading edge so on the the NBPL I estimated a very slight push to compinsate. When I measure with a flush ruler it almost always equals 7" or greater.

As for those that measure from the side, this is why I call you a cheater. :)

The side has picked-up up to 1/2" over BPenis EnlargementL while in this photo it only shows about 1/4".

I shot in black in white because the ruler seemed to pickup better that way.

I started at 6.5" NBPenis EnlargementL and 7" BPenis EnlargementL. My girth was 4.5" and is now 4.875". I don't show the skinnyness as much from the top as I do from the side.

After workout measuring I hit 5" EG! Another week or more and I should be solid 5" in a normal state! After that it's all in the bag.

Helis are short for Helishakes and involve simply swinging your penis around, usually flaccid or semi in a circuler motion mimecking helicopter blades, hence the name. Gets circulation going .. I do them when I take a piss.
 
I do them more out of respect for the program than in belief that they add anything. They're kinda fun to do and I think everyone has done them once or twice growing up.

It's kinda cool doing them mid shaft as well since it feels like swinging a long hose.
 
Yeah, it's fun. You can also take your stretched out noodle dick and slap it against your thigh. It gets the blood back in and flowing and its fun too.


For me all P.E. is fun. You need to lighten up at times and not take this too damned seriously.

I only use cubicles now as I cant 'perform' at urinals ... I freeze up. They disgust me actually and I think they are very un-healthy .. guys do swing their cocks around and I have had piss on me in the past ... plus they check eachother out which isnt what I want when I'm pissing.

Here is progress update. I haven't made any real changes in the past few months but I did make a change from where I started. The above pictures were from 5/08 and these are from 11/08. I did my best to make sure the photos were all to scale by using the ruler to pinpoint the scale. I also cut and pasted my thumb from 11/08 and composited on 5/08 so you can see the thums are the exact same size (don't mind the "PAST" in the photo it should read "PASTE". I can't believe the change. Now I just need girth to come along.
The last pic to the right is me pulling down on the fat pad. It distorts the head somewhat as does pressing againts the ruller so the heads don't really match very well, but it's the same cock I promise you.
