Hey DLD I took some Pics today, trying to see how much potential gain I would get in NBPEL if I cut my bf right down. How much do you think, 0.5 inch 0.75? I'm a good 40lbs overweight.

The pics were just masterbation no PE workout.

Between the 2 pictures you can easily see a inch gain in length just from loosing the fat. That is very inspiring considering the penis is already there you just need to lose some of the fat pad. I had a massive fat pad when I was overweight and when I lost all the weight I lost I added 2 inches to my visual length.

Day 13 - update

Hey guys still going strong, getting a minimum of 2 hours extending and 30mins girth and 30mins+ manual stretches.

I've changed my wrap on my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and am now fully comfortable which is great. Before 20mins I was dying but now can manage 30mins under a lot of tension.

Now I've sorted my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] out I'm hoping to add take my extending to 3 hours a day.

I had an injury today, I was trying Supra Slammers, jelqed too hard and felt like something squished in my shaft. I stoped and a lump formed, wasn't painful but it kind of felt like fluid retention. I continued on with Manual stretches and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. The lump has gone and my EQ is normal so I'm not sure what it was. May leave girth a day or two just in case.

Most likely isolated fluid retention, especially since it went away so quickly. Just keep an eye on it and be watchful so it does not repeat itself.

I don't have a set routine due to privacy but I do at least some kind of PE at least an hour a day. Today I've done 4 hours - [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], stretches, Jelqs.

Couple of changes, I'm now doing half wraps because I find full wrap takes too long to wrap (at work people kept questioning why is was taking 5mins to piss :P). Do you guys think I should do monthly photos and measurements?

Really become inspired to loose the weight, with everything you take in your body question whether it will bring you a bigger penis or not. Remember that every bit of fat you loose there will be a gain in penis size. Trade the chips for pretzels, trade the soda for flavored water, give up the biscuits and eat something more sensible. Loosing weight is hard but the rewards are 2-fold for you a bigger penis and a lean body, both will make you look so much bigger. Take it day by day and keep the image of the self you want to be at the forefront.

Still continuing my daily PE sessions. The last few days I've tried hanging using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] head piece. I lie on the edge of the bed and do 20min sets at 3.75kg (is that behind the cheeks or SD?)

I quite like hanging but I've been looking in the forums and apparently it can be quite dangerous?

That is straight down hanging. Hanging can be dangerous but if you take you time and be progressive in the exercise and weight you will get through it with no issues. In most cases the dangers arise from going too heavy too fast and not having a good wrapping technique. Take you time and practice to perfection and it should be smooth gaining.

The 2 biggest things in wrapping is good cushioning and a smooth surface. I struggled for a while with this and I found once I took my time and made the surface as smooth and wrinkle free as possible weight could be pretty heavy without any discomfort. 3 twenty minute sets is a great starting hanging routine. From there, as you feel able, progressively increase the weight and angles. How exactly are you hanging with the head piece, I am trying to imagine that but hard to understand???

I'm using a shoe lace through the two small holes in the base piece. I wrap with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] and get a small amount of blood in the glans to help anchor. Then I use my Velcro mod to tightly tie the head piece on and tie weights to the shoe lace. Does this sound safe?

Update: Day 27

Hey guys still doing PE daily, lots of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], hanging and manual stretches. I'm using a thick Sock for my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] wrap, super comfortable. I'm confident I've gained my dick does feel a little bigger in my hand.

I'm also jelqing every day before I go into length. My dick gets thick veins and looks great. I do worry about jelqing hard against the veins though, I have a large one running up the side of my shaft and I usually losen my grip going over it.
DLD is it safe to Jelq against a vein hard?
