ok so i started roughly about the middle of june and its now the end of august. the first 3 weeks i was pretty consistent with working out atleast 5 days a week. it trickeled down to about 3 days a week for the next couple weeks due to vacation and busy work schedule. at the beginning of august i got back on track to atleast 5 days sometimes 7 days a week. i started with a basic routine of:
5min warm up
10 heli stretches
200-300 jelqs
5-8 glans workout
1 hr use of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]
100-200 jelqs
warm down
