I found 3 points here that needs to get in coorperated.

Been of from PE for some time and new approaches have been popping up in my head.

And some of them are pointed out here aswell.

But squishes behind the balls. Never thought about that

How is your erection quality these days? Just curious if it's difficult to get maximum hardness without a lot of effort or chemical help...

Do you find that your erections are stronger and more consistent because of conditioning or is it the other way around, where it's more difficult to gain/keep an erection due to desensitization and constant training (and fatigue)?

If you continue pe will you keep gaining? I would guess you dont see crazy gains like in the beginning but will you still grow if you do it for years?
 
I believe gains will still come even if they are small and take much longer. It depends on the person, dedication and how well his dick responds. I hadn't measured my glans in almost a year and recently discovered they had increased an 1/8 of an inch but I had gone almost 2 years prior with no change.

Gains will continue to come as you continue PE. They will slow as the penis is relative to it's growth but the only, real limiting factor is life.

Yes erection quality is very good and I attribute it to lots of pelvic floor exercises where the muscles are stretched and relaxed...over kegeling can cause a severe imbalance.

This can not be stressed enough, Kegels play an equally important role as gaining, period!

So as a very seasoned vet I think your expectations of growth must severely adjust. I have watched my dick tansform but every small increment adds up over longer periods of time. Even the wayvit feels and what areas are more sensitive have drastically changed. I have trained my penis to be more sensitive from the tip to mid shaft as that is the area that gets the action. I focus on pelvic floor relaxation and flexing my lumbar and abductor muscles so that blood flow is incredible. Over kegeling is disasterous for an oversized dick. Just some thoughts i want to share.

please explain further (both the lumbar/abductor and over kegel-ing). As I'm gaining, I find my results improve dramatically when I kegel during my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] sessions. It also helps keep my EQ as high as possible. I'm closing in on 8" in length (I could already be there, but haven't measured for a few months) and have been a solid 7" MSEG for several months...it was my understanding that exercising the pelvic floor muscles assist in EQ. Let me know if there's something I'm not understanding.

Hey, I’ve been away for a while dealing with “life” stuff...sorry and thanks for asking. It’s weird, I just decided to check in. Hope everyone is doing well. Still doing my exercises, length and girth has increased slightly....more girth than length. I’ll post some more info shortly.
