Girth is harder for me to gain and probably for a lot of ppl.
 
Even if girth comes faster for some I think it still just plain takes more effort to gain girth. I seldom come away from a manual length session with sore hands.

I'll put in my vote from personal experience for length. I have had to work 10X harder for it than for girth. No exagerating there. When I was hanging, and made my last 1/4" length gain, I was hanging a total of 4 hours a day 5 or 6 days a week. For my last 1/4" girth gain I clamped a total of 45-60 minutes a day 5 or 6 days a week.

Me too. I think that since we are training flaccid for length it is much easier to gain since there is little mental energy needed to stretch. Girth takes a bit more mental focus and this makes it harder for me to gain. Using phase 5 girth would have been my salvation but I developed that late in my career.
 
Speaking on this. Are there just some dicks unable to gain girth? Im at 5.0 girth right now. Last year I tryed hitting girth for a long ass time and just nothing did it. Clamped would get up to 5.5 in girth but nothing. So i took a break for a few months and started back up in feburary. I decided I needed t go for MAXIMUM expansion as DLD said. So Instead of one clamp id use two and push as hard as i could. My sessions started out would get up to 5 5/8, then after a month or so i could get it up to 5.75 . Now a couple weeks ago I had to take a break, casue my dick was like mush, too much �naked people movies� so I was having a harder time keeping it up. So I took a week off. Started back up recently adn every gain i had was lost. Its hard to even get to 5 5/8ths now. I seemed to have added 1/8th to my normal erections thats gone now. Everyhting is gone and its like im back to square one. I put in SOOOOOOO much time and hard effort over the past year and a half trying to gain girth, and nothing to show for it. All I have is a penis that half works, becuase I have venious leakage or something now. Should I just stop?
 
I agree with DLD in that girth takes more active focus than length in many ways b/c girth means controlling your erection. I still spent many, many hours pulling and hanging for length, so that wasn't easy either. I got a quick 1/2" length gain from the newbie routine, but after that it was a lot more time and effort. Overall I'd have to say girth has given me the most trouble b/c there was no "newbie gain" girth for me.

I think it all comes down to how hard you're willing to work. If A doesn't work, try B. Manual stretching stopped working for me so I did hanging. Jelqs and Ulis stopped working, so I started clamping. You shouldn't quit until you give an honest approach at every technique of Penis Enlargement.

Not at all, the expansion will take longer for some guys to keep but the fact remain, if you push your tissue beyond it's limits it has no choice but to remain deformed permanently eventually. I guess the point I am trying to make can best be exemplified by ear augmentation through larger jewelry. With each increase, over time, the tissue ever expands. The penis has much in common with this as there are no bones present. This means we are dealing strictly with skin and tissue which is, by most standards, easy to augment. I am surprised balloon expansion has not been suggested by the phalioplasy surgeons yet.

Another example would be those African tribal chicks with the rings around there necks to make them longer over time.

Remember though that the neck has bones in it as well as the oesophagus, etc, not to mention the plain fact that there is a load more tissue to stretch in the neck. For somebody to think that the neck can be stretched but not the penis they would have to be insane.

Also legs, or any limb for that matter, can be lengthened by repeatedly breaking the bones and pulling them apart by a small apart then allowing them to heal in the extended state.

It always comes back to the same thing for me. With dedication and consistency the penis can be made much bigger in every way. :)
 
GIRTH why? cause some people have a hard time getting erections
and therefore cant jelq or clamp etc

now any one can stretch and gain something;)
 
girth work is kinda hard but fun...Im doing girth right now and wow, I gain over a quarter of an inch in girth when clamped (with my hands)...and boy oh boy I wish you guys can see what I can do with this sock I just figured out something sweet....
 
I think its comes down to finding the right exercises for each individual,what gives gains for one person might do nothing for the next,once you find the right exercises for you then gains will come be it length or girth.
 
Length is unbelievable for me.

Girth comes consistently and now is to the point where my cock is fatter than it is long. I noticed my most noticeable gains about a month after I switched to early morning (as soon as I wake up) jelq sessions...the cock just naturally responds better to mornings.

But the kicker is I got tennis elbow in both elbows from doing excessive Uli's is the only thing I can figure so my jelq sessions are down to about 15 min per day, roughly. And no Uli's for a while but man do they work.

As a result of my elbow pain I gave up on length until about two weeks ago and started hanging again. This time I'm gonna go straight up and work exclusively on the tunica. My second session showed an eighth gain in BPSF so we'll just see...it's up and over the shower curtain rod with 15 lbs and a magazine to read for the next 6 months.
 
i think its diffrent for everyone because its been harder for me to gain in length but easy as hell to change my girth up.What i did for girth was dry jelques 1000 of em real slow and kegal while doin em.I would also say drink more than 8 glasses of water a day--try to get down a lil over a gallon.Do jumpin jacks-or skip around around the house to fetch things--it may sound weird but jumping jacks--skippin all help produce better circulation which helps produce better blood flow to peeny wolly.

being devils advocate....is comparing these tissues accurate? The penis is much more of a dynamic organ compared to the ear, and I dont see how one could function with balloons implanted in their penis as they do for skin grafts. Its totally different

Also - those tribes with rings are not African, they are in asia I beleive and the neck does not get longer...the collar bones become deformed and with use they cannot keep their own heads up without those rings on. Not very functional.
