Hey everyone,


Longtime creeper, first time poster. So here's the rundown:

Starting with NBEL of 9 inches with a slight downward curve. 8 inches when I press it straight.
MSEG is 6 inches. I have a Penomet pump and the sizegentics MOS package.

I have plenty of time in the day for exercises (work at night).

I would like to get to 9.5 inches in straight NBEL and 6.5 in MSEG. Any Ideas?

You just supplement w/ the penomet over the BM.

I would do a manual set in the morning (around 20min long)
You're morning is probably like 10pm I assume? What time do you go to work? Hell, just do 1 manual set after you get situated after waking up.
I would wear the SG @ work if you're able to and whenever you're not doing a routine, but have the freedom to wear it.

From then to after work, just read over the SRT thread and supplement stuff from there to your after work routine(s).
Some people don't like wearing their SG or any extender after doing girth routines, but you can swap a morning manual routine for a girth routine if you wanted.
If you're able to get a non-���� erection via morning wood, then this IMO is a good time to target some girth workouts. For some people it's difficult to keep erection during these routines (depending on what you're doing).


You really don't have far to go. Starting w/ 9" NBPEL. Don't get too big as you wont be able to fit your jeans. :blush:

THanks for the replies fellas. The only girl to ever call me small was the chick I lost my V to in 7th grade (and she was a fucking slut).
It's more about curvature straightening (without losing any length) and gaining that last half inch of girth to be satisfied. I'm married to a chick that is so above my level so I'm good in that department. We're webcam models and trying to break in to the ����� world so we are trying to get in Our ideal physical condition. Really wishing that SRT book was out, could really use another two inches in height lol.

Plan on doing any extending? Should help w/ the curve. Depending on how big the curve is, you might give DMSO/PABA a try. Fixing a curve is pretty damn difficult, depending on how big it is. If it's natural then it should be easier than fixing one that's peyronies induce and surrounding by scar tissue(s).


How long have you been camming? Are you referring to home/amateur ���� like some of the solo girls out there that have their own sites?

I have a SG and a Penomet so whatever I can do with those is in the cards. Trying to lock down a good schedule. Work prevents me from exercising between 5pm-11pm Sunday-Thursday.

Anyways. I would just wear the SG during work if you have that freedom and I would do a girth routine maybe before the camming (bigger dick for the camera).

Well I saw your page... you can do whatever to your penis but you've got to put some meat on your bones if you want to look "pleasing to the eye". Now don't take my advice and consider me a deranged lunatic but if you want to get some muscle the fastest start a simple lifting program like Strong Lifts 5x5, get some Test Prop, get some Nolvadex. Say hello to 14 day steroid cycles. You'll get swoll as a fuck in half the time and it shouldn't effect the PE (specifically testicle size).

I was debating something like a superdmz cycle (edit: nvm it's not banned, seems an older formulation was). I know you posted about homeostasis in another thread, but what type of PCT do you recommend to prevent down regulation of the bodies natural chemical/hormone functions?

I know this is not my thread, so I will try not to post anymore after the above. Other then related to the OP

If you want more size DLD's newbie routine is were everyone should start or fixing the curve extenders and jelqing can fix that

Curious to know though. I think he's doing more of a boy/girl sole website approach rather than bouncing from scene to scene within the industry.

Oh ok I saw a documentary once of a guy trying to become a pornstar it was simple he just got a agent and he got some gigs also there was a endless line of young women trying to break into ���� as well a bit off putting seeing that!

Yeah. Just depends on the ���� style I assume. You also have to outsource a bit as you have website/billing/marketing(+advertising)/licensing adult content, and other ETC. I'm not sure how the ���� biz is doing, so I can't off the top of my head say that it's lucrative. It seems to be something you take on rather than get into for money. Much different to get involved w/ a company cause they're in good w/ a lot of websites out there and have all their promotion set up. A LOT of them fail in the industry.

Research 2 week cycles, short cycles, 14 day cycles, blitz cycles. There's a lot of information out there. Basically the take on it is to only use the steroids (never touch the legal crap - it's more toxic than D-Bol) as long as HTPA function takes place. So you have something that shuts down HTPA like Text Prop or something that just suppresses like Anavar. The rule of thumb is that full HTPA shutdown occurs by day 15 so if you're injecting test you only want to go for 14 days then PCT with something like Nolvadex or Clomid and your natural test levels will actually be higher a week following your cycle than the day before you started. If you're older... like 45 DHEA can be useful as a pct as well. I prefer avoiding that whole situation because I respond very well to Anavar. I'll just use it for 5 days as a plateau breaker with no PCT and my hormones normalize 2 to 3 days afterwards. Most hard core steroid users would think I'm an idiot but when your bench press goes up by 10 to 15lbs in one workout... why use the drugs longer than needed? I always keep all my strength because my body never ends up dependent on the drugs. They're more like a highly effective supplement.

I was tall and skinny. Then I did 5x5. One thing that people mess up on with a simple program like that is that they never deload. I'd deload every 4rth week on SL 5x5. I always felt good. Plus you have to manage your intensity. You can't go in and try to push your limits every time you lift.
 
I always kept adding weight until I couldn't do anymore and burnt out then give up argh

Programming man. It's the most overlooked principle of weightlifting. Knowing when to hold back. The same applies to PE. Less can be more.
 
Funny you mention putting some meat on my bones. I posted another thread in the bodybuilding section to get some help with that lol.

I've looked into 5x5 but I'd have to tweak it because a bench and bar is the only thing my gym is missing. I'm trying to find a cheap one for the casa though. As for steroids, meh not really my thing. Kind of feel like I'd be just as good if I start eating healthy and a bunch + do a good mass gainer program. Plus the little bit of science/math you typed had my head spinning already. I gotta learn macronutrients and shit, ain't nobody got time for more math than that!
As for the ����: Yes, cam for a living. Getting ready to launch our own site (pics, vids, texting, live cam) very soon. Not really trying to be like Ron or Jenna, but if we get picked up by a big name studio then hey why not? Going to be at the Exxxotica Expo in November so I'd really to be in super shape by then for promotion's sake.
I guess I should just design a routine that would involve the SG during the day and maybe a quick pump sesh in the early evening. Plus stretching and SSJs, of course.
