What is best option for warm up? AND SPenis EnlargementCIALLY FOR INJURY

1. hot towells
2.IR lamp
3.heating pad

Im from Croatia, so I cant buy those from amazon.com.. I found some but they are expensive and unpractical, because its pad for seat on it, or sleep on it etc. Sorry for my bad english.


What type of heating pad is best and practical? Because there are many types of heating pad. For example: for shoulders, for back, for legs, etc... and some of them are like 30cm x 40cm...

Also Im interested in IR lamps, but there are some warnings it can cause cancer, if it is not 18 inches away from body or penis, and testicles have to be covered with hands or boxers, or some towelll...

I'm not sure what is best, but I prefer a heating pad. May take a bit longer to use than a rice sock or a warm cloth, but I think it is easier.

I got a SoftHeat heating pad, it has three settings and I use the highest one for at least 10 minutes after it has started to warm up. Maybe you could find something like it.
 
A warm bath, hot wash cloth or an rice sock will be just as good as any other method of warming up/down tissue. A heating pad is the best but inconvenient and cumbersome. If you have a lot of privacy the heating pad would be the best choice. Any one will due as long as it is a "plug in" version.

Medicating, I will do that also lol, but I have something to get spongie effect.
DLD, I have a lot of privacy, so it wouldnt be problem. I will get somehow some heating pad...

Well I didnt tell you guys. First of all, I need it because of injury which I get 3 years ago of too intense jelging grips and too intense stretchings... So without spongie effect there are no gains and there will be injury and HELLISH STATE OF MIND. I believe in Penis Enlargement, because I "tasted" it, I get some gains, but for short period because of injury, my penis tissue get changed or deformed.. Now its better,I will go to urologist but I dont think so that he will say something clever, we will see. So only cure by my logic is HEAT, HEAT AND HEAT. My goal is just 1 inch more in every aspects of penis. My goals for 2012 are to "repair" penis, and to become sponguie like before. To get 1 inch in length and girth in flacid and in erect state. I dont think that is wise to re-start it again till the injury get away.

I use to use rice socks but it has a cooking smell after heating it up so much. But i was using an heating pad but couldn't find a good one were i felt it was getting warm enough like the rice sock so I'm looking for a good heating pad at the moment because i haven't warmed up in I dont know how long which could be effecting my gain progress
 
Thanks DLD. Well Im not sure if it is right time to re-start it again. I will go next week to urologist to see what he says about it. Till that I have decided to do just hot wash cloths till I dont get heating pad.

I believe that by just doing stretchings, jelgings and keggles I can get 1 inch in every aspects of penis. But I think its wise to wait to the right moment when penis will be 100 % cured. When I will get that spungie soft effect, its just all in timing..

I found 12 weeks to get 1 inch program. So there are size genetic extender and Bathmate, I dont have money for that, and I think that I dont need that. Natural is always better...

So DLD what is your opinion, is better to wait or to re-start soon. and if is safely to start it, can I do that program but just without sizegenetics and Bathmate...

and one more question is how often I should do hot wash cloths...

I did today for 20 minutes, every 3 min I will switch another towell in hot/warm water... But tomorow Im planing to add more "series" of warm up to get faster healing... So how many sets do you advice DLD through day? Every 2 hours, or every hour for 20 min of warm up?

tparker84, I wish you luck in finding good and effective heating pad.. Believe me the main TIP for get gains is HEAT AND ONLY HEAT and vitamines also through food... I have deficit of Zink, I heard that is for health of penis... So tomorow Im going to get some sea shell-s, because I dont eat meat and fish any more, so in shells are ZINK..
 
Well good luck, i think you are wise until you are completely 100%, & after u see the urologist, after your all better that 1 inch goal would be achievable. So you are a complete vegetarian? I do not eat pork & was thinking of cutting out red meat but was gonna stick with chicken & fish, we'll see

Meditate, visualize, "see" and then be the results you want.

I would start very simple and slow as you have stated. Hot wraps and massages are good for circulation and preparation for growth. I would also introduce the program slowly so you do not become injured. Maybe 2oo jelqs, 10 minutes of stretching. As time progresses and you feel able increase the time to 400 jells and 20 minutes of stretching. As you gain and this routine becomes less effective I suggest you move into one of the more intense routines found on the forums. The SizeGenetics and Bathmate are incredible tools and will speed the process but they are not necessary.

Ok..I get some heating pad, its ok, but it isnt the moist heat, somehow I think its weak heat...

So, Dld, I find "ultimate routine..." Can I use that routine, but only stretchings...I dont have extender and I dont have Bathmate, I dont have money for that.. So can I get 1 inch by just doing everyday stretchings... I cant do jelgs yet, because penis didnt healed yet 100%.. but I found light stretchings would be fine... thanks

ANy exercise or device in Penis Enlargement can be substituted for another. We are in a time now that there are many options.
 
Hi people...Salute to everyone.. Well I stopped stretchings. Its not yet fully recovered..I didnt been at urologist, one private urologist wants 100 $ for see whats problem. Other no - private urologists are for free. But that one who wants money, said to me via phone, that if I can get erections that everything should be fine, but he cant say anything because first he have to see it...but it costs 100$...

But I found something very logical to me... 9 vitamines for penis health... this penis health creme contains 9 vitamins and its aplied to penis skin and it penetreates to the tissue and muscle, veins etc, and its good for overall penis healht...

I have at home oil with vitamin E and it works fine..but its expensive... 20$ but its not some bad if it is for penis health..what is very important...

Does anyone heard for this creme Man1Man??

Im gonna buy all this 9 vitamines, and Im gonna use them with food... but as they say, all that vitamines dont go in penis, then major body organs...but I will buy it because of health anyway...and I want to buy this man1man creme, I think its good.
