Keep your focus on the present moment, and do your best to enjoy the process. If I had focused on my goal from the start, I'm sure I never would have kept at it. P.E. should be like any other physical (or mental) activity you undertake. You want to draw pleasure from the time and effort you put into it. Don't let it become a burden to you.

It's been 10 weeks now, so I measured erlier today, but still no gains. I will measure again after three months (in two weeks) and I hope that there will be atleast some minor results <:(
 
I am in the same boat. Not a single gain. I stretch for atleast an hour each night with intensity and jelq for a half hour. Not a single gain. 3 months and nothing.
 
Thats fucking weird, have you tried hanging or anything different to the current routine? How do you jelq? Quick and quantity or slow and quallity? Its weird uve gained nothing, from what ive read in the past two months here is EVERYONE who sticks to it makes some gains. So in time it will come for you too.. ive read many old old threads here and gone thru the pages

makkan freind you will see gains believe me,if you want them you will get them you just got to keep adapting and overcomingto the current situation,its like with running im pro jogger and everytime im on the track sometimes i forget im here to improve myself,and i just turn up to do what i have to do,then i dont push meself and see i aint gerin faster,except pe is alot easier,each excercise you do you just got to do it right and give a 100 percent,i gained 3 quarters over 3 quarters of n inch in lenghth and girth within the 1st month of doing this and that was not being a member of this website just reading from it so i thought id jelq and did and to my surprise i joined ive only been a member for a few days and can see this website as got to have alot more to offer,,you got to have belief yourself,and effort is the key,ive concluded this routine into my running routine and am pretty made up ive never had a biger willy and fell below average,but now when im jogging my aim is for the women to see it running circles round my shorts,,its already giving me a bit of a confidence booster4 good luck mateyou will see gains i think for you you just need todo the excercises harder than you doin wants your used to it and see your 1st gains it will then become better and easier think you just need to brake that barrier easier for some than others
 
Okay, I'm back again. Haven't been here in two weeks now. The reason for that is... no gains for three friggin months!

When I measured the last time, after trhee months of intense Penis Enlargementing, I found that there still weren't any gains, so I got totally bummed out. I lost all my motivation and stopped, so now it has gone two weeks without exercise. If I only could have gained SOMETHING, nothing big, just something to give me some hope, you know, some reward for my work that can keep my spirit and motivation on top.

I have tried to get going again but there's just no motivation left... <:(
 
I been at this shit off and on since 2003... and the only changes I've noticed is erection quality (comes and goes). Having a real hard time figuring out if "less is more" or "more is less" for me.

BUT -- I haven't stopped. I think the biggest problem is inconsistent erection quality. It's a mind wrecker when you measure slightly less only due to 95% erection compare to 100% the week before. I even bought some Cialis just to help me with that.

BUT -- I'm still going. I refuse to believe I'm some genetic Penis Enlargement-proof freak of nature.
 
Okay, I'm thinking about starting again, cause I really want a bigger willy. What do you guys think is best for me, to continue from where i left or to start again from scratch. When I stopped (couple of weeks ago) I had been doing phase 1 for six weeks and I was in my seventh week of phase two. So now I don't know wether to continue or go back to square one and try doing it even better than before.

Why don't you try to P.M. DLD and run your routine by him? Keep bugging him until he gets your message. P.M. the MODS as well. Keep bugging them until you get a response.

If they don't answer your P.M. create a new thread and ask them to answer your question(s) on the thread or via P.M. or email. Email DLD if you don't get a response by sending him a P.M. Be persistent!!! Don't give up!! You've just not hit the right combination. I would think off the top of my head that you are probably not doing the exercises with enough intensity.

Okay, I actually emailed DLD awhile ago, he also suspected that I didn't do it as intense as I should, so he said that I should try harder. And so I did, i Really feel that I'm doing it to my limit, if I do it any harder it feels like my penis is going to get seriously injured.

I agree that you should always err on the side of caution. Serious injury is definitely not worth the additional intensity. I know when I first started I made an immediate gain--then nothing for three months. So it's not unusual to go three months with no results. I think you're less likely to hurt yourself doing the jelqs so long as you don't do them at full erection. So I would focus strictly on the jelqs and forget about the stretches for now. That is how I would approach your situation. Back to the basics, right?

Again, I would stress the pleasure you get from the workouts and not the results. The more you focus on the results, the more tense you become, and the less likely you are to make measurable gains. Of course there are many other "perks" that come with this activity. Right?

The whole session should be one of pleasure and fulfillment. Forget about the potential gains. I think the longer you forget about your goals and the more you focus on the process here, assuming you're on to a good routine, the better are your chances for eventual success.

Think of this way. In what situations does your dick turtle?--cold, illness, fatigue, over-doing it, stress-filled, angry, when you feel threatened, right? Think of the situations when it hangs loose and full. The opposite, right? Here's where visualization comes into play. I think the more you can put your frame of mind in the latter as you approach your sessions, the better your results will become, followed by eventual gains. Be sure that when you do measure for gains, measure when think you are at your max.

P.E. is so much a mind game and psychological. And here is where the power of positive thinking comes into play. It works in all other areas. Why wouldn't it also work in P.E.?

Man this advice is gold. The more that Penis Enlargement becomes part of your lifestyle and not just another of your daily obstacles that you have to overcome, the more positive you will be towards it and the better your results will be be.

One more piece of advice I would add - do not adopt an 'all or nothing' approach i.e. where you won't Penis Enlargement unless you're certain you can be consistent and don't bother Penis Enlargementing on one day just because you know you won't be able to get a proper session in the following day. Remember - anything is better than nothing. If on one day all you can manage is 10 mins stretch and 10 mins jelq, then just do that.
 
I also am not seeing gains at almost 3 months now.

I am even stretching at-least 45 minutes a day while I sit at the computer.

When I stretch I can feel my dick wanting to pull back but I hold it from doing so.You think I should twist my dick(Bundle) and try stretching or the V stretch?

Should I get girth gains from stretching or does that just come from jelqing?

I to am a newbie and don;t want to hurt my dick.

So are the twisting and V all right to try?

I do slow wet jelqs and the head of my dick does swell up twice its normal erect size. But I do not get red dots as people have talked about. Is this good or do I need the red dots for me to get gains?

Lot's of questions here but I am getting a bit frustrated as one would from seeing everyone else getting gains and a couple of us are not.

I want to quit but I don't got the will to give up yet. Thinking what if 6 months to a year from now if I stayed with it. I tried Penis Enlargement before for a week and gave up from no fast results. I have been very loyal and stead fast with it this time and have not missed a single day. Not even a day off since I started this time.
 
For me, stretching has given me as many girth gains as did jelqing when I first started. I think it has more to do with what your natural tendency is--if you're a length guy, so be it--same with girth.

You don't need those red spots at all. And they certainly are not necessary for good gains. I've never had them in more than three and half years at it. If your dick is properly conditioned, red spots just shouldn't occur. Now this is just my experience.
 
BTW, the V stretch shouldn't be a problem. But the bundled stretches are not for beginners. I didn't try those until I had been at it for better than two years.

I think it's so important to give time, time, here. Method and intensity are all important, and one should approach a routine as if you have all the tiime in the world. Remember that DLD came up with the different stages of P.E. over a long period of time, with a lot of trial and errror involved here. I did the same--still do. Impatience in P.E., just like in any other long-term endeavour, is a sure formula for failure.

Give time, time.
 
Thanks alot for the advice goinfor11x7. I will go and start with phase 1 again right now, it's been exactly three weeks today since I stopped Penis Enlargementing, so it's really time to get going again. LMAO
