Millionman - The only circulation exercise (girth work) I do is manual clamping. I do it fully erect, and I simply kegal, squeeze at the base with an OK grip, trapping the blood, and then go by feel, sometimes sliding my hand up a little bit to increase pressure. I've noticed considerable girth gains doing this. Sometimes I have red spots from doing this, and when that happens, I give up girth work until they go away, and then once they do, jump right back in. I like manual clamping because I can decide exactly how much pressure I am applying. And because it's usually more intense than a cable clamp, I only hold it for 30 seconds or so.
Dex - I did not say that I havent seen any gains, in fact, quite the opposite is true. BPenis EnlargementL gains have been SLIGHT, at most 1/10th of an inch or so. BUT, my flaccid hang has increased by about 2-3 inches. I used to turtle up all the time, however now, I never see my flaccid go below 5-6 inches.
The reason I'm asking is... First of all, i tried hanging SD, it was uncomfortable and I didnt really feel a good stretch. So I started hanging BTC, with a max of 15 lbs, usually 10 lbs, I could REALLY feel the ligs stretching. After 6 weeks or so of it, I wasn't really feeling anything except the skin around the fat pad stretch anymore, so I switched and gave straight down a try again. This time I could feel a new lig I'd never felt before being stretched. This continued for a few weeks, and now here I am... When I hang straight down now, I can't really feel it in the ligs anymore. Following the pattern, It appears I should increase the angle again, but I would like some advice from experienced hangers.
Just as an experiment, I hung some weight straight down, then keeping my body straight, leaned over on my dresser so I was at 45 degree angle. like so... / = me, I = dresser /I See what I'm saying? Which gave me an almost SO angle, and I felt a pretty nice stretch. This makes me think it might be time to start working on my tunica, and if this is true, isnt SU the most effective angle?
Ok, now I'm getting ahead of myself and asking too many questions. Anyone have some advice?
Millionman and Dex, thank you for the replies
