Well I've been back at PE for 3 months now, and much to my surprise, I haven't seen a hint of growth (not a millimeter).

Currently I do 20 to 40 minutes in my BM 5 days a week. Sets are broken down into either 5 or 10 minute blocks with jelqing and edging in between. Then at night I do manuals for a minimum of an hour, sometimes 2. I stretch at every angle, do the __________ stretch, A and V stretches, lots of direct lig pulling and a ton of downward stretching.

Now I've taken a week off before I restart, but I'm not sure what I need to do to see gains. Maybe the theory that you don't need rest from stretching only applies to certain men and I should go back and forth between girth and length days. Really not sure. I thought I'd definitely see some sort of change after 3 months of PE, 2 in the bathmate.

wow one or 2 hours of manuals and nothing. i wish you would have got a LM instead of a BM when you won. you can hang and use resistant band or hands. maybe you do need rest days. or wish you had an extender. do you have 40$ to buy a slider extender through ebay? I LOVE IT!!!

This is a great workout and should bring gains quickly, the most important part is to stick with it and keep good records of changes. This is much more than you have ever done before so I hope it really pans out for you. As far as rest goes, in the past you have never really needed rest and you have been able to withstand some training that most could not, so I think a no rest workout would be smart in your case.

I'm not so sure. 3 months is a long time to see no difference. At one point in my PE career I made some gains exercising every other day and that was low intensity. I might go back to that and see if it helps. I know my eq is way better since I've taken this week off.

Yea, EQ often gets better once you stop doing girth work (and vice versa). At least this holds true for many guys (incl. me>had to take a 2 month break recently because of an irritated vein. After I had restarted girth work EQ almost immediately lessened again. Kegels don't help here).
Other than that I share your intuition that you should modify certain variables if you haven't seen any results after 3 months of hardcore work. This is some lesson I learned from many years of strength training (though it might be that one can't transfer experience values to PE 100% but still: it's a common appearance in every field where you try to force your body to adapt to certain stimuli that you have to change things if your recipe won't work). If you got good results with lower frequency and intensity then try to go from there and see where it takes you. I'm a strong believer in the principle of flexible adaptation strategies, which also means that in some cases more doesn't help more by any means.

btw: what's your primary goal? length or girth? or both?

My goal is an inch in both length and girth. I was thinking of it from a bodybuilding perspective too. Since I'm an ectomorph, my body needs more time to recuperate when I work out. I'm wondering if the same principles will apply to penile tissues as they do muscles.

especially if you made some gains doing every other day you should give that another try. on your rest days use UJW to heal elongated. did you do that before when you were doing your every other day training?

No this go-around I dove straight into it, every day stretching hoping to get a shock reaction in growth.

Are you planning on going back to small intensity?

I'm gonna go high intensity like I was before, but do it Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

It's strange. I too am seeing little gains and I'm pumping and doing other PE harder than ever before. Might be a good time for us to get back to basics?

i feel you man sometimes i just dont have the motivation and i cant find it,i try to exercise at night but im stressed and tired but once i try things can improve a lil

Probably not. I may wrap every once in a while but I don't think it helps that much.

well if you ever change your mind i'll let you know my flaccid hang really improved once i started using sports pre wrap as my ADS/ANS.

hope this change up in routine works for you. what will you do with all that extra free time lol? hopefully post a lot in january and get a LM

Plateaus happen sometimes, so I agree with DLD, just keep going. And switching up your routine is a good thing. And I dunno if this happens with everyone, but in my experience the Bathmate stunted my length work in terms of stretching. sometimes I would lose my motivation to stretch because I had a big ass thick pump and then I would masturbate. But more importantly I feel like I'm not getting nearly as good of a stretch when I have a bathmate pump chub. And if I pull harder to match the intensity of what it feels like without the bathmate chub, it just ends up hurting my pumped up glans. I try to do my bathmate separately when I'm not stretching

Do you mean to say at different times of day, or different stages of development ie a length cycle?

It does help flaccid hang quite a bit, but it's such a hassle lol. I need to start working out, so maybe I'll hit the weights on the days I don't PE. That would work nicely.

It is a PITA!!! I find I'm too tired after lifting to do anything crazy, so I usually pump, clamp and edge... Maybe you could do something like this and hit PE on rest days? New thread, lifters that PE?

Different times of the year, in my opinion. But I know this isn't necessarily true for everyone
