I wanted to put this post up as I have been doing pe for AWHILE and saw gains lost gains and am now gaining like crazy. I've tried so many different routines and exercises and have reached a point where I feel I can help a LOT of guys out. Here it is...They key to gaining length is loosening the ligs FIRST, high intensity tunica/inner penis stretching, multi angles, JELQING(i like to think of it as the cardio/conditioning of the pe world), and KEGELS! Most people don't realize that the ligaments really "hold back" the inner penis and therefore gains. A lot of SLOW GAINERS would definitely see gains if they really focus on stretching the ligaments FIRST. Another thing holding these slow gainers back is INTENSITY OVER TIME. This means literally stretching at your max pull force "manually" straight out and up and everywhere in between, multiple times a day, for at least 3 months. I believe 5 days on 2 off as perfect with at least 2 routines a day. More time for recovery as needed but just like exercise the more you train the more volume you can add. The sides of the penis are also attached by ligaments and the inner penis can get a great "side" pull from multi angle stretches. Go easy with these at first but you will eventually be able to build up to a nice pull. As for jelqing I believe it as a great "cardio" type warm up getting blood oxygen and nutrients into the penis prior to the main exercise. After my stretching routine it serves the same purpose and can be done slower if a length/girth session is wanted. Next, kegels! Want your 8,9,10 inch dick to be rock hard, veiny, express your new gains at every angle, be able to stand at attention and shoot for the stars??...kegel. And the last and possibly most important...ALWAYS WARM-UP with a hot wet cloth or shower. Wet heat works a lot better than dry heat. Anyways that's it I hope people take my advise safely and slowly.
