Thanks Zam. I was familiar with the second post and the idea of post ejac length sessions. My problem with this is two fold and you hit on one. My dick is in no shape for intense pulling after i come. The other is more comical. I get tired after jacking off. Yes, I see what you mean- you have developed you PC muscles to a level where the refractionary period is as small as 2 minutes. As for jelqing I believe it as a great "cardio" type warm up getting blood oxygen and nutrients into the penis prior to the main exercise. After my stretching routine it serves the same purpose and can be done slower if a length/girth session is wanted. Next, kegels! I'm new to the forum but have known about pe for 6+ years. So far I have gained almost one inch overall and the last half inch has been in the past 30 or so days.
 
Many believe my methods to be to intense but I have never gained better. It may be different but I've known people who have gotten the"splits" in martial arts in one day and people who have been working on it for months...the difference? High intensity! This may be dangerous for beginners but for an advanced martial artist/pe practitioner it can be done injury free because of a solid base of conditioning! The more pe you do the more conditioned your penis gets as well. This means that the penis needs to be stretched at a higher intensity. Longer duration also works! But in my opinion, why not shoot for both?! Just like exercise, you need to increase volume or weight for results to keep coming in!

While the other hand is constricting the base? Cause if not- you'd perform the jelqs incorrectly. You need to go hand after hand not to let blood escape. :)
 
I sometimes jelq with a quick stretch as I reach the glans as well! A stretch and jelq at the same time.

Yes, it is important to keep a hand gripping the base if the other hand is off the penis or too much blood will leave the penis.
 
I also believe in mental training as well. I repeat a simple saying I made up everyday: "MY COCK WILL BE 9 INCHES AT THE END OF THE PROGRAM, MY COCK IS CONSTANTLY GROWING, MY COCK IS HEALTHY AND STRONG!"

SSJS are a bit harder to control the blood specially because im using both hands takes maybe a second or maybe more to switch hands....

This is such a great thing to include in your training, seeing things as we want them to be and practicing telling ourselves this story of success will get us to our goals in the fastest way. I use mantras for everything I want to accomplish and the second I believe what I am telling myself is when the reality happens. Keep up the good mental practices!
 
Just made a measurement 2 hours ago and it was a solid 8.5 using the methods I have described in this post. I am gaining a little more than 1/10 of an inch every 9 days. I believe EVERY man can gain 1/10 of an inch every 9-10 days! Get consistent, get intensity, get gains!
