I wanted to put this post up as I have been doing pe for AWHILE and saw gains lost gains and am now gaining like crazy. I've tried so many different routines and exercises and have reached a point where I feel I can help a LOT of guys out. Here it is...They key to gaining length is loosening the ligs FIRST, high intensity tunica/inner penis stretching, multi angles, JELQING(i like to think of it as the cardio/conditioning of the pe world), and KEGELS! Most people don't realize that the ligaments really "hold back" the inner penis and therefore gains. A lot of SLOW GAINERS would definitely see gains if they really focus on stretching the ligaments FIRST. Another thing holding these slow gainers back is INTENSITY OVER TIME. This means literally stretching at your max pull force "manually" straight out and up and everywhere in between, multiple times a day, for at least 3 months. I believe 5 days on 2 off as perfect with at least 2 routines a day. More time for recovery as needed but just like exercise the more you train the more volume you can add. The sides of the penis are also attached by ligaments and the inner penis can get a great "side" pull from multi angle stretches. Go easy with these at first but you will eventually be able to build up to a nice pull. As for jelqing I believe it as a great "cardio" type warm up getting blood oxygen and nutrients into the penis prior to the main exercise. After my stretching routine it serves the same purpose and can be done slower if a length/girth session is wanted. Next, kegels! Want your 8,9,10 inch dick to be rock hard, veiny, express your new gains at every angle, be able to stand at attention and shoot for the stars??...kegel. And the last and possibly most important...ALWAYS WARM-UP with a hot wet cloth or shower. Wet heat works a lot better than dry heat. Anyways that's it I hope people take my advise safely and slowly. If you have any questions it's better to ask than risk an injury. Let's all gain!

Great post my Brother. Ligaments are the biggest place to make gains and it does take consistent intensity and gaining in intensity as time goes on. Next we need to address the Tunica as this holds back gains due to it's density and the fact that is encompasses the entire outer penis. Lastly, internal structures need to be addressed through Expressive Stretching, or pulling out internal penis from low points on the shaft. All length routines should include these three primary places for gains.
 
To me- the key to length gaining is in a few steps:

1- As a start of EVERY length session it is an absolute MUST to perform the DLD Blasters Principle. You can skip the stretch (which is good, I recommend it), but what is SO important about this phase to me is that I exhaust my PC and therefore have nothing to resist the stretch. We all tend to do "defensive" kegels here and there. With this- there would be nothing to hold it. If you are not into this principle or can not do RKs (since we call all do kegels I think, it is only the RKs that are a problem for most brothers)- then jacking off before a length session would be the best. It perfectly mimics the blasters bringing exhaustion. Another way to do this is with meditation concentration. This might sound a bit awkward, but it is true- just completely relax and conciously try NOT to kegel. (for these 3 I mention in this point- if any of you want- I can link the threads I have read that so you can find more information on how to- step by step. 2 of the above mentioned have been written by DLD himself and the 3rd one by the almigth German Stallion!)

Exhaustion- Once you get to the point of exhaustion- just ride the wave and let it grow longer and longer. Whether it be ligamens, tunica or whatever- exhaustion is the way to go! There are quite some methods to reach this, but what I believe is the best way is to increase time and keep tension normal. Now, I am NOT saying that big intensity is bad!!!!! I am saying that to me- a longer length session exceeds a more intense one. Whether you hang (which is one of the BEST ways to gain), extend or do manuals- I believe this is the way.

For everyone that is interested- I can write a more broad post mentioning more things and giving additional explanation backed up with evidence and experience. But now- I am just too lazy to do it and don't know whether you'd be interested LMAO! :)

Indeed a very important part of length gaining. Many guys will experience fatigue and end up thinking they need to rest when really being exhausted is the best time to stretch the penis. This is the basis behind DLD Blasters and something many guys who hang weights employ. When the pelvic floor muscles are too tired to cause a hold back this is when you can really tack on length.

It would be even better if everyone joined in and shared their methodics and the way they have gained. That way I believe a lot borthers (especially the new ones) will be able to learn from a single thread. All I know is from many, many threads back in the archives. I guess most people (especially the new ones) would not bother themselves as much as to look for info everywhere and a single "Key to length gains" thread would be really good! So- let's share what we think guys, come on! :)
 
I think exhaustion is a really big part of the SRT routine (if not everything especially for length). Because once fatigue has been reached- there is a 24/7 riding that wave and therefore gaining like crazy. It is no luck that SRT works- it is science!
 
I am still working on my length. Hopefully I can pass the 7 inch mark then I will share my experience and what I do to achieve those gains.

I believe you can get to 7", just believe it yourself. It is something thousands of others have done before you. Just stretch with all your strength and believe with all your heart!

This a cool thread. We need more users on this forum to post here and share their experience on gaining length. We should also start a thread for girth gains as well :)

What is bad about this is that there are MANY threads that lack attention... Threads like the ones in my sig I have created so we could have a BIG discussion and everyone could share their experience and ideas. Sadly, no one gave ideas or mentioned their experiences. I hope this thread makes it though! :)
 
I'm doing SRT length routine with LengthMaster and I'm gaining fast. For me at least. Much faster than with blasters. I think that twist stretches with LM are the key for me. Just thought I add my two cents.

I too find that threads I have started seemed to be lost in the din of whether or not you would suck your own dick or others with little actual PE value.

I would like to hear some ideas for routines for "fatigue" and "exhaustion" before length work. I kinda hate length In general so this technique could be a miss for me, but let's hear em.
 
Bundled stretches are also VERY effective! One of my favorite stretches at the moment are __________ stretches as they are a tunica, inner penis upward stretch that can also incorporate kegels and reverse kegels to reach fatigue and get an amazing stretch!

When you have reached fatigue- you'd definitely know it. You see your penis NOT resisting the stretch at all and you feel LIGHT discomfort, it can not be described as pain, it is not pain. So, a typical "hanging" example would be- you hang 10 lbs, reach fatigue, and feel light discomfort- you see your penis NOT resisting the stretch at all, you can then reduce the intensity to take the discomfort out of the way and ride the wave of exhaustion. This is how it is for me, some people might describe it differently. :)

Like how long/often do you stretch and what kind of stretches do you use, and how you do you keep elongated?

That is the nature of a forum, important threads go without the attention they deserve sometimes but eventually they are resurrected and become major threads. I know I have made many threads that I thought would be very important to the Brotherhood only to see them go deep into the archives and then, out of nowhere, they get bumped and become all the rave.
