OK, seems like I have a LOT of reading to do before I can try to start hanging, so the next week I will be reading and trying different things, basically just finding what works best and hopefully by this time next week I can start looking at a routine!
 
I'm changing to updating what I'm doing once a month. Makes more sence to me. That way theres fewer posts in this thread to dig through. So, I'll update end of January.

I just received mine today - will start hanging monday next week.
 
Don't know just yet......:s

The BIB got stuck in mail and I had to pay extra tax before I could get at the post office.
In fact I just got home from the Post office with my BIB.

It looks really weird.....kind of funny.

The gel is really soft to touch, but will it last ?

I also bought the THERABAND - what are you using for wrapping around ?

What would you recommend me to start out with - 1 kg, 2 kg or more ?

I plan to start hanging by monday morning.
Have to go to a party tonight - and intend to drink heavily.

How are you doing - are you still hanging 4 hours a day ?
 
Ive done abit of hannging in the past, so when i order my BIB this weekend il start with you lot. GL all.
 
Ok, month one down. Actually it was a little less than three weeks because of when I got my hanger.

I pretty much stuck to what I posted above as far as weight levels and sets per day. No gain this month. Because I was just re starting hanging and getting back into the swing of shit, I didnt really expect much of a gain. We'll see about next month.
 
You lucky bastard, oh well Im still gaining and i have not even started to hang!!! Blhahaha
