So I had another go at this last night. One x ten minute set. Got out with a 6.5 x 5.75 flaccid. Had a good stretching session afterwards, but not quite the same feeling as the first night.

Two things I'm going to try to be able to recreate the ridiculous expansion:
- I had two failed attempts to get the pump up to max pressure that night - these may have helped, so I'll do 2 short (say 2 minute) pumps before doing the 10 minute set
- I *think* I had already done a short pump session that morning - if the warmup sets don't do the trick, I'll try doing a short session in the morning, then a longer session at night

The other thing I remembered is that I did a LOT of kegels the first time while the pump was on - hands free, so the pump was hanging on it's own and acting as a weight.
Repeated this last night, and my ligs were burning from this after a while... presumably each time I relaxed my PC muscles, the pump would drop and pull on the ligs.

Getting there I think... if I can recreate what I did the first time, I hope to see some quick gains... massive expansion, plus deep lig stretching, surely a good thing :)

My EQ is still steadily improving too - bathmate seems to be having a very positive effect there.

I meant that it was painful. My penis was way overworked to keep pulling it.

As hard as it is to stretch when expanded it definitely has its benefits. I would not do this everyday but maybe a couple times a week stretch after you have pumped. Keep some baby powder on hand to get a good grip or, if you have the LengthMaster to grip, and stretch with as much strength as you can. Work in some slight erect bundle stretches and vary the stretching angles up and down to maximize where and how much of a stretch you are getting.
 
Got out of the bathmate today with a flaccid hanging at 7x6, very little fluid retention, and hardly any red dots.

I've decided kegels in the pump are fantastic - you've got both the resistance from the weight of the pump, and you're pulling against the pump vacuum too. So today I cycled between just letting the pump hang, doing kegels, and doing pump stretches. About a minute of each, going through that 3 times. I think the combo of the kegels and stretches resulted in the longer flaccid when I got out.

Finished up with some jelqing and stretching, then put a cock ring on to hold the expansion for a while.

I've been experimenting with different protocols with the bathmate.... last night I just did a single set of about 10 mins in the bathmate... it felt good, finished up with a very plump 6.5" long x 6" girth flaccid, with no noticeable fluid retention. Normally I'd finish up with some jelqing, but I did some manual stretching instead, and I have never felt such a direct transfer to the ligs before!

I think was a combination of things...pre-fatigue from the bathmate as I use it upsidedown, and I just left it hanging on there without holding it for most of the 10 mins, so there was a constant pull on the ligs the whole time, and the skin was all loosen up too... and also with such a plump flaccid, I could get a really good solid grip and all the force was going straight into the ligs.

The difference was very noticeable... just bam, full force lig pull... I then put some effort really relaxing into it, and realized how much I was tensing up my abs, once I relaxed them, the pull was even more intense.

Maybe more and more people need to experiment with this. I don't think there is anyone that has ever done length work right after girth work and do it for 6 months to 1 year. We will never know unless somebody tries it for a long time.
