Hello and thank you in advance for any input into this:

I could use some help from some of the experts on this thread as this seems odd to me that this could happen so quickly and I would like to fix the problem.

I have a cheap penis pump that came with an at home acoustic wave therapy device that I purchased. You are supposed to use it every so often along with the acoustic wave device I have used approximately 5 to 7 times (mostly somewhat flaccid) over the past few weeks. I use it aways in the bath tub with water in it (although it’s supposed to be an air pump but I like the warm up from the warm water).

The little rubber thing at the bottom (the fitting that fits over the bottom and has a hole in it to slip the penis in) was too small so I cut it out to make it larger.

Long story short, I used this device (under somewhat minimal pressure) 5 to 7 times and the other night I got an erection and noticed that it is clearly pointing to the left. If 12 oclock is straight ahead I would say it points at 11 approximately. It is still straight just now pointing clearly to the left. I thought clearly as to how/why this could have happened and I looked at the cut out I made. It is a nice circle on the left side and then more of an oval on the right (every so slight but not perfect). I also remembered that when I would insert my penis and pump it would have a tendency to touch the left side of the vac tube and I would feel more pressure on the right side of the base of my penis. As I thought more about this, I could see now the suction was uneven (due to the cut out not being a perfect circle) and the left side was being squeezed a bit while the right was being vacuumed in a different fashion due to the cut out shape.

I generally would vacuum for just a few minutes at a time and at most 2 or 3 x. I was mostly flaccid or hardly semi erect and I never overdid on the pressure. I do recall getting erections after the first few times I pumped and my penis was straight as it’s been my whole life. The time prior to me noticing, I did pump with a full erection but still with pressure that was controlled. I also did some kegels while I was in the vac tube erect. That night is the night I noticed my penis was pointing to the left. I was hoping this would go away but it’s been a few days and still the same. My penis is still sore on the right side and honestly it’s been smaller and my sex drive has been non existent since this happened. That could be both a physical and psychological thing I don’t know.

My question for the experienced are as follows:

  • It feels and looks like one ligament is stretched slightly and the other is tighter i.e. the left side is tighter and the right side is a bit lose thus the pointing to the left? If this is not it what could have happened?
  • Maybe the kegels (even though I only did a few) put strain on something while my penis was erect in the vac tube and pulled something on the right side more than the left?
  • Is this permanent?
  • How could this happen SO quickly. It wasn’t gradual it just IS now and I hardly pumped.
  • How can I get my erect penis straight again?
  • Will this go away on it’s own and what are methods I can do to stretch and help this happen more quickly?

In regards to how to fix this I was thinking of trying the following:

  • Using the same vac tube but flipping it over so the cut out is on the other side. The concern I have about that is, it may cause something odd to happen and I don’t want to make this worse. I would basically have to create the same exact scenario on the left side with the pressure more on the left and when I enter the tube my penis would be touching the right side
  • I thought it might be better to get a legit vac tube (a bath mate for example) so I know the opening is 100% uniform and I could vac pump erect and apply manual pressure to the right side (basically stretching out the left side)?
  • I was thinking of ordering an at home ultrasound unit and seeing if over time the ligaments would heal and go back to normal?
  • Manual stretching of some sort?

I am not ok with this (penis pointing to the left) it’s not what my body has been like my whole life and I am really surprised that it happened SO quickly.

Any help or guidance from the experts on this forum would be kindly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Billy

Perhaps the pump you use was not a very good pump and caused issues but it’s hard to really tell. From your questions I can say that you only have one ligament that suspends the penis, this ligament can be shorter on one side than the other and the way you correct that is through stretching or using an ADS. Do you want to lengthen the shorter side so everything will be straight. You’re really reading into this way too much but I think you should keep it very simple.

Get a good pump I suggest the Bathmate. The BM is an incredible pump and you get every penny out of it. It’s extremely convenient and it uses water which definitely helps combat water retention.

if you have an extender I would wear that as much as possible favoring one side of the ligament than the other. This will help correct very quickly. Wearing your extender at a moderate tension for long periods of time not only helps cement gains you have made but it also will reduce the curve. If you do not own an extender I highly recommend the SiliStretcher or the StealthStretcher.

Lastly I would like to help you put a routine together that will accomplish everything you want. Let me get some feedback on what I’ve told you and let’s try to work towards a plan that will correct and give you all you desire.

Remember nothing is permanent in PE but the size you gain.

Thanks a ton DLD for such a quick reply, truly appreciated. I also really appreciate your willingness to help/guide. I will start with getting a bathmate and go from there. I ordered an ultrasound as well (for other parts of my body also) which I think would.

I definitely want to start slow with the pump and make sure to not cause any injury and also not make this worse. With the proper equipment I don't think that will be the case.

Nice job on being acute to your physical changes.

As DLD stated proper equipment & proper routine will get you proper results

That sounds like a good plan. Did you find the Bathmate you want in our store? We have an incredible variety. Once you get your pump let me know when I can help you with your routine.

Doing length master exercises against the curve and jelqing against the curve. This 2 recommendation can solve your problem brother.
