I've been experimenting with different protocols with the bathmate.... last night I just did a single set of about 10 mins in the bathmate... it felt good, finished up with a very plump 6.5" long x 6" girth flaccid, with no noticeable fluid retention. Normally I'd finish up with some jelqing, but I did some manual stretching instead, and I have never felt such a direct transfer to the ligs before!

I think was a combination of things...pre-fatigue from the bathmate as I use it upsidedown, and I just left it hanging on there without holding it for most of the 10 mins, so there was a constant pull on the ligs the whole time, and the skin was all loosen up too... and also with such a plump flaccid, I could get a really good solid grip and all the force was going straight into the ligs.

The difference was very noticeable... just bam, full force lig pull... I then put some effort really relaxing into it, and realized how much I was tensing up my abs, once I relaxed them, the pull was even more intense.
 
"force going straight to the ligs" that's cuz your tunica was a little turgid from the post-pump probably yea?
When I stretch after girth I notice that its harder to stretch the post-girth. Maybe the tissues were expanded to near max, and the force had nowhere else to go except ligs
 
smerc - my flaccid typically sits around 5.5 x 5.... yeah I do expressive stretches too, but this time I just let it hang there.

Yeah there was definitely something going on like this, cock was too thick/pumped to stretch at all, so the force was right on the ligs.
Couple that with what a really good solid grip, and I felt like I could actually pull too hard! ... not usually how manual stretching feels to me.

Seems like you got a pretty good workout then. 1" and no fluid retention? Nice. Flaccid even.

Are you getting around the same for erect stats?
 
Erect size is normally is 7.75 x 5.75.... I measured after a light pump session (2 x 3 mins) the other day at a little over 8 x 6.

I tried a single long set after reading someone else - BornInFigi I think - post that he did one long set and got less fluid retention.
When I break up the pumping into sets I notice that each set I get more obvious darkening, and a donut starts to buildup.

Going to try again tonight with a single long set, and with higher pressure as I bought a wine vac pump today.


Gotta say a 6.5 x 6 flaccid looked comical :)
 
Funny you guys mention this...since I've been spending alot of time in the bathmate I too notice in between sets the penis stretches loooooong

can you lay out your rouitne for me like what streches you do and when with your bm etc very detailed also do yopu wear an ads

Sounds like a pretty mean bulge from that. Your temp flaccid measurements are bigger than me erect. Not sure how I feel about that (:p), but damn good job getting to that point.
 
I've been talking about stretching after pumping for a while now, so I totally agree. I feel like I get the most effective stretching done after I pump. I used to just do one long pump set and I would occasionally get retention so lately I've been doing the 5Ă—5Ă—3 and while it does seem to help it's also kind of a pain in the ass. I'm still going to do long sets part of the time and just make sure I get out in less than 15 minutes and to jelq and stretch afterwards.
 
Could be one of the best times to stretch if one is getting tunica fatigue. Hanging then pumping also seems to be a good combo.

Excellent temporary gains, this is the gateway to permanent gains and with how well you are doing these should come rather quickly.

Good to hear some confirmation, it's quite a difference in feeling, it was really the deepest lig stretch I've ever felt, even compared to when I was dabbling in hanging. Is going to take a bit of practice though, as last night I wasn't able to quite capture the same feeling, close but not quite.

I'll have to try using the length master next time I get a super heavy flaccid... will have to be careful not to rip my cock off though.
 
Yesterday I stretched, then did my BM session. The bathmate KILLED me. I had to do 5 minute sets instead of 15 minute. Then I tried stretching afterward and was only do to like 30 minutes before I couldn't take any more. I did another hour of stretching last night too. Today, I wasn't able to get hard to use my BM so I guess it's going to be a rest day.

So I had another go at this last night. One x ten minute set. Got out with a 6.5 x 5.75 flaccid. Had a good stretching session afterwards, but not quite the same feeling as the first night.

Two things I'm going to try to be able to recreate the ridiculous expansion:
- I had two failed attempts to get the pump up to max pressure that night - these may have helped, so I'll do 2 short (say 2 minute) pumps before doing the 10 minute set
- I *think* I had already done a short pump session that morning - if the warmup sets don't do the trick, I'll try doing a short session in the morning, then a longer session at night

The other thing I remembered is that I did a LOT of kegels the first time while the pump was on - hands free, so the pump was hanging on it's own and acting as a weight.
Repeated this last night, and my ligs were burning from this after a while... presumably each time I relaxed my PC muscles, the pump would drop and pull on the ligs.

Getting there I think... if I can recreate what I did the first time, I hope to see some quick gains... massive expansion, plus deep lig stretching, surely a good thing :)

My EQ is still steadily improving too - bathmate seems to be having a very positive effect there.

I spend a couple days a week stretching after girth, mainly because I feel as though it hits the erectile tissue better than when I am not expanded. Other days I do just the opposite to hit the ligs and expressive points of stretching.
