This is why it is best not to forego kegels in leu of squatting exercises, it is best, if you can, to incorporate both to get the best workout.
 
Honestly at this point I am considering adding kegels back into my routine. I set them aside previously because I am really not a fan of doing them, but if they really can raise my EQ then I think that will eventually have an effect on my gains as well.

Just get in the habit of doing them at every chance you get, within no time you will be doing them without even knowing. A good thing to keep in mind is the benefits of kegels, knowing that with every squeeze you are getting harder erections and the ability to hold greater amounts of blood in the penis. All this goes to getting a larger overall size. Even though they may be a bother, they are truly a great thing in PE.

Would you say that doing 300 or so quick kegels daily is enough? I really hate doing them, so if I can spend a minimum amount of time on them I will be the most happy.

300 is a great amount to do. I suggest you do them in different places to get used to doing them more and more. Eventually, with consistency, you will find yourself doing them all day.

I agree to doing kegels regularly. I've not been very consistent with kegel and my routine this week. I almost fell off but glad I stayed on track.
