Yeah, boohoo. I'm quad dom too. I can take 275 ass to grass and feel nothing but hams and quads. It's more about leverages than anything.

I really don't know what it is, but I have always had strong legs. When I was a freshman in high school I did more weight on the leg press than the entire team including all seniors.

I'm glad I don't lift heavy these days. I'd get pretty irate if one of you was hogging the squat rack to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.
Me from a few years ago:

Is that actually you? If so, that is pretty impressive work.

Now comes the part you are not gonna like. Ass to the grass buddy. You have to get your ass pretty damn low for me to count any of them : )

Yes that was me. I don't squat or deadlift these days. When I get back in shape I'm gonna be all about cardio, bodyweight training, and kettle bells. I did better than most guys back then. 80%+ don't even train their lower body and when they do they don't usually squat below parallel, and couldn't tell you what a deadlift was if their life depended on it. If a guy has the flexibility and range of motion to squat deep, more power to him. I did not, that's a big reason I used such a wide stance like in this video.

Leg press ain't nothing. Anybody can load all the plates in the gym on a skid and push it away. Gaspari still presses like 12 plates a side for like 20... And his balls are old and tired. Dead, squat, bench and OHP. It's all that matters. I bet you were a beast tho.

"glute amnesia" hahaha, but yeah would be useful if i check the squats would be interesting to find out how they work

I was just joking, that was very impressive work. 405 lbs for even a single rep is a huge accomplishment for anyone under 260 lbs. Also, about the body weight stuff, I transitioned to that myself and you can get just as strong with bodyweight work as you can with weights (well up to a certain limit). If you are focused on building extreme strength look into gymnastics type exercises. You can build your shoulders, chest, back, and even legs to extremely impressive degrees well past simple calisthenic work like puships, pullups, etc.

That may be true, but guess what? Where are all the girls in the gym at? That's right, the leg press, glute machines, and cardio equipment.

I was never into powerlifting to see how much I could lift, although I do admire it. When I used to lift weights I did it purely with aesthetics in mind. Any gains I made in weight were just to change/ehance the look of a certain muscle group.

Tbh if I wanted to purely develop my strength I would focus again on stuff like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kw0kXtvOpfU

Na. I was just playing. I love leg press. I usually don't even go that heavy on leg press cuz my legs are super chopped from deads or squats anyways. To leg press a ton of weight is an accomplishment for sure.

That is pretty insane. You say you weigh 150, but you have 8.5 inches before any PE work?

Are you just a tall yet really skinny guy, because that would help to explain things lol? Otherwise you are going to look like a tripod soon : )

I was just kidding too. Squats and deads require you to use many more muscle groups than any other lower body exercise, they are the kings of lower body work. I just always find myself either trying to hit on a chick at the leg press or staring at their asses lol.

Another thing that is very beneficial for Pelvic Floor Muscles is CORE training. CORE training targets all muscles that are responsible for the goals we want to acquire in stronger PC Muscles.

I really am a firm believer that any sort of strength training that causes an individual to get a pump (blood rush to a certain muscle group) will lead to better erections. I seem to be the only one that has considered this, so I would love to hear anyone that can support my claim.
