Hi all. I'm pretty new here, but have been exploring PE for quite some time. I wanted to share something with you guys that you may find very interesting when it comes to strengthening the pelvic floor muscles.

Here is the link to the machine I am referring too. HOME

It provides a few different things that are awesome for all things health. pEMF (pulse electromagnetic field), light and O2 therapy. The main thing it offers is very powerful pelvic floor muscle (kegel) contractions. Women usually have issues with their bladder "falling" and what not. This machine completely reverses that in about 5-6 sessions.

There are 6 levels of intensity. Max I've done is level 4. It's very strong, it contracts everything and lifts me off the chair during each pulse, which are about 10 seconds in between each other.

I've personally used it a few times now. I am pretty young, 31, and fit so I don't know if my kegel / pelvic floor was or is weak to begin with, but that never has stopped me from wanting to improve.

So I thought I would share it with you guys, as I know kegel exercises are a foundation for all things PE.

There is currently only one place in the US that has this chair (It's $180k chair...) and it's in Las Vegas.

The company Cell Vital is german, and I'm sure they have many other locations throughout Europe and or Russia.

Would love to hear your guys thoughts on this who have much more experience in PE than I do.

Do you think this would be helpful? Do you think this would be great in addition to kegel exercises or do you think it could replace and outperform traditional kegel exercises? Just based on the info on the site and video.

Cell Vital is the best in the game when it comes to pEMF tech as well, they have an amazing mat. Just thought I would share and contribute...something since I have no gains or other info yet...

Just ordered a MityVac pump system so excited to get started. I have two bathmate pumps that I don't like so hoping this one is much better for me.
