I've never cared about girth only length but know I care! Because girth exercises complement length exercises and women love the girth.

I've only just stared doing SSJ's for about 3 weeks now combined with some squeezes it's the best girth exercise but I'm seeing all the time now those red spots last night I did a light session 2 SSJ's and I'm covered with the broken capillaries this morning,is this over training or should I expect these all the time now?
 
As intense as SSJ's are i would say its pretty normal just Make sure you warm up properly, and to help them go away do a nice deep warm down with a heat pad and some massaging of all the skin to help break up the discoloration (red spots) I use the blue gel packs that can be frozen or microwaved.

I also use leech oil to help the spots heal I believe it works very well, I get it from thejamushop.com and I usually go for the wild leach blend I believe the name is. This was recommended by Redzulu some time back.

In my experience they will go away if you reduce intensity a bit. also stagger day of high intensity and low intensity. I used blue cold packs to get rid of my red spots quickly. I would do 10 minutes ice followed by 10 mins heat and a lil massage. I don't get the red dots anymore

Try backing off a bit. And what was suggested above. I tried taking a few days off and do light pumping and it was back. I had to take a month off of everything to be able to just get back into pumping. So far so good with the clamping with me. I was worried at first when starting.

Ok but ice will lead to quicker healing. just as with any soft tissue injury that results in capillary leakage (ankle injury with swelling or even spinal cord injuries) cold therapy results in faster healing. just have to be sure to use heat afterwards. This suggestion if for anyone who ever reads this. I know cold/cool packs on the penis seems crazy but it will help.
 
I did back off a bit I barely did a thing last night and red spots everywhere it's ok I'm gaining anyhow
 
I wouldn't (and actually don't) back off. No need for it since red spots are totally harmless. And I get them almost every time since I began with more intensive exercises like SSJ more than a year ago. So don't worry unless you get seriously bruised (bigger black or blue ones) and even then don't worry but simply take a break for 3-4 days.
You can warm up and down though in my case warming up never did much with respect to this "problem". And as Jaronimo said Leech oil is a good supplement in any case, not just for healing but also for EQ and thus faster gains.

I don't think the actual warming up helps heal it but I believe the spots can be reduced if you warm up vs. Not warming up, and yeah the spots are totally harmless so there's no point in backing off unless you're not looking to see gains.

But heat and very thorough massages do help relieve the spots. THe leach oil is like the ultimate red spot eraser though.

That's what I had going on. One pump with the bathmate and I had instant bruising after two minutes. That's what caused me to take a month off of everything.

Anyways: if you want to gain girth you shouldn't back off because of just some red spots. That's the kernel of my (and J's) proposition. And I wouldn't advice to stick to a warm/cold therapy either as long as you don't have to grapple with more serious problems since cold is counteracts the desired effects of girth work. Warmth is good, though

I might do this even without having injuries.

Leech oil definitely helps heal the veins and such in the penis ...that's from my own personal experience.
 
Slow Squash Jelqs are the most powerful compression exercise and in the beginning broken capillaries and red spots come with the territory. The best way to deal with this is by making the SSJ progressive in exercise, starting gentle and working your way up to a 100% intense compression. After training going into some immediate deep tissue massage will help much of the color issues. Getting in some good heat with the massage will make it even more effective. Eventually your penis will become used to the intensity and you will see less and less spotting and better expansion. There is no quicker way to girth gains then the Slow Squash Jelq but adding in the BathMate in the 5x5x3 sets, this in itself should help with all the skin issues and it will definitely bring the best expansion. I hope this helps.

Thanks I did this last night after the warm down a deep massage and this morning very little red spots some! But not as many as before I'm almost 6 inches in erect girth now just a couple of millimetres off.
DLD can you get some erect length gains from SSJ's even though it's a mainly a girth exercise?

It is not the best exercise to gain length but some length will be gained as you gain girth. I suggest including length specific exercises also to maximize length gains.

I do stretching as well but am gaining a lot if girth doing SSJ's
