I am sick of not gaining girth so I am going to get some cable clamps. My girth is about 4.5" so which ones would suit me the best? I am guessing the medium clamps?

And another question, I remember a thread about some kind of a product that felt just like a pussy, what was the name of that. I have to try it out LMAO
 
No one uses clamps anymore? If you have it around I would appreciate a link to the clamp thread, i'll search for it meanwhile.

Oh yeah, just my 2 cents: I was sick and tired of not gaining girth past my initial jump from 5.1" MS to 5.3", so I went through a lot of hassle and ordered a clamp through a friend of mine from Holland who got if from a mutual acquaintance of ours from the States (as you know, they don't manufacture or sell cable clamps anywhere in Europe). So anyway, long story short, I eventually got my clamp, and I was damn certain it would help me bust my plateu if I just worked hard. I did just that for 6 months, and I gained jack shit.
I don't want to discourage you in any way or put you off of getting a clamp for yourself, but I'm just saying that if you're really struggling with girth, a clamp in itself may not fix the problem. You might need some way of ensuring you get a 100%+ erection each and every girth workout, no matter kind of exercises you do, and I think you'd need some viagra or other similar supplements for that.
About the "product that feels just like a pussy"- you must be referring to the FleshLight. I have the super tight wonder wave insert (in pussy format), and it is pretty close to the real thing. if clamps don't work try a penis pump i've heard people have gained good girth when they combine the pump with jelqs both wet and dry
 
I think that's where I draw the line, at pumps. I am sure they aren't harmful when used properly but I just don't feel comfortable with them. I can't wait for my FleshLight now! :cool:
 
Hi Hangh, have you tryed Slow Squash Jelqs. I haven't gained much girth for a while but recently I've started using SSJ's and they are insane if done correctly. In my opinion they are by far the best girth exercise.

Please don't do this untill you are incredibly experienced at Penis Enlargement. I don't agree with anything that involves you being fully erect apart from clamping... adding bends or twists when rock hard is when it gets seriously dangerous.

If you are gonna try this then do it very softly for a few weeks and slowly increase pressure - take note of ANY discomfort and stop.
 
Just got my FL and can't say that I am disappointed, although I am kind of confused. When I am finished and have ran some hot water through it, how do I dry it? How do you guys dry it?

We were talking about working out, as in lifting weights (HST=hypertrophy specific training).

Hangh, I for one dry mine by first shaking out the excess water, and then carefully turning the whole insert inside out and using a towel to pat it dry. The material is so durable that you can easily do this without fear of damaging or tearing the insert.
BTW, as a recommendation, try using an oil free hair conditioner (most of them are oil free) for lube. I've tried several different brands, and they all work great.

I've found the 3-stage trapping exercise to give me plenty of girth. It's like clamping, with your hands.
 
es.About the penis pump; I'm here to tell you forget about it for both girth and length. Now I'm new to this forum but I'm certainly not new to pumping. I just threw out 7 different sized vacuum pump cylinders (including one which did the cock and balls together) along with an air pressure pump with a gauge which indicated air pressure. I used those things religiously for 18 solid months. Minimum pump time per day was 1.5 hours with many many days 3 hours, sometimes even four. During all that time I probably didn't miss but a total of 6 to 7 days in all. I was dedicated because I'd always heard and read that through sustained and prolonged use, permanent gains could be made. Poppycock is all I can say to that and I can say that through hard-learned lessons. (no pun intended). Now they are good for elongating the balls if coupled with weights and rings. I do have a pair of low hangers but even that is only semi-permanent. They'll revert to normal if you don't give em the occasional (twice weekly) stretching out with weights and rings. All the pump does for them is pull em out and swell em up and its not really necessary if you have a nice parachute harness. As for my cock, all gains were only temporary and disappeared after a few hours. Consistently. That's why I'm here. If weights don't work then nothing will. There's always surgery but from what I've read, the gains are minimal, risky and not always guaranteed. About 1.5" if you're one of the fortunate ones.
