In here , i heard many people including DLD talk about the "pump" you get after a jelq session. I have been PEing for a while now and I have never felt the pump after a session. Isnt my intensity enough? I usually jelq around 60 - 70% erection state and my sessions are pretty intense, but i just never seem to get the pump these guys are talking about, is this the reason i am having trouble gaining girth? I have made a 1.5 inch length gain but only a 0.3 inch girth gain
 
The problem may in fact be the jelqs. I never got much of a pump from them. I've seen many men report the same over the years. Try a higher erection level exercise for a similar amount of time. A good 30 minute SSJ (<<<<) session for example. I suggest finding a good base with a solid manual exercise for girth before adding in a device, by the way. If you can't get a good pump from a manual exercise, taking up the slack with a pump, for example is poor training. You won't know for sure where the real pump is coming from if you don't have a solid base established before hand.

as still said,try a higher erection levels. but there are lots of other aspects such as how many jelqs you do,how tight is your grip,how fast you jelq etc.
 
Still is right on....try about 90%. I also agree, in that to me, jelqs were never really that good for me. Definitely try the slow squash jelq instead. That will give you that pump! I also have always been a big fan of ulis. Just some things to try.
 
The highest expansion will come from the SRT 5x5x3 BathMate/SSJ routine. This routine will bring expansion to whoever uses it. If there is no expansion in this routine then something is not being done correctly. Either the vacuum is being interrupted by hair or the valve is clogged with dirt.

Definitely, when using the BathMate it is good practice to Kegel as it brings more blood into the penis which aids in expansion.

SSJ with pumping is the only way to go

My mid shaft looks thick every morning when I wake up due to the SSJ and pumping. One thing about me is that, my body responds quickly to exercises. I can call myself a fast gainer.
