For any guy who has been doing Penis Enlargement for an extended period of time they are well aware the results come slow, and in waves of growth and sometimes even small waves of shrinking results. I've been doing Penis Enlargement for a little over 3 years and I have some little secrets that I've used that have helped me gain some results when I reach a plateau.

We are all aware of warm water or warm rag increasing blood flow when warming up, but I have come up with an equally opposite technique to increase some massive flaccid gains in a short period of time.

Have you ever noticed when getting into cold water your penis shrinks, well of course you have, but did you know if you have a penis extender on while your penis is going through this "shrinking" phase it actually increases in size. Let me explain. The penis shrinks when exposed to the cold but when you have your penis stretched in an extender and it is exposed to the cold, it cannot shrink because it's being stretched beyond it's natural hanging position. When your penis shrinks it is at it's smallest possible size, but when you're wearing a penis extender and you expose your penis to cold water or cold in general it still shrinks but the extender stretches it's shrunken state above what it would originally be thus creating instant gains, gains that are impossible to gain any other way without purposefully shrinking your penis with the extender on, or add ice cold water to Bathmate and pump away.

After doing a regular routine of this shrinking while stretching the penis will adapt to the new shrunken stretched size at an extremely rapid pace, you can easily measure this by taking a few photos and measurements before and after over a period of a week or two. You will notice just after a week of being exposed to cold water in the extender your penis when exposed to cold water without the extender almost has no shrinkage at all, in fact it remains the same size as it usually would in the flaccid state because after being exposed to several weeks of cold water and stretches it has actually grown and adapted to being larger due to the stretching.

I hope you guys are following me, it's 4am and I haven't slept.

The idea behind my theory is simple, when the penis shrinks from exposure to the cold, stretching it while it is under this shrinkage state, creates an adaption to the cold water making your penis's smallest size when exposed to the cold, much larger than that os what it usually would be, this is in theory a gain in penis size because your penis no longer shrinks as much as it previously did while exposed to these conditions. After adding this into your Penis Enlargement routine, you will notice after a short few weeks not only is your cold, wet exposed flaccid penis larged when wet and cold, it's even larger when it's in it's normal warm conditions.

This is a real breakthrough in Penis Enlargement and I would like for all serious Penis Enlargement users to apply this technique to their routine for 1 month and let me know if you gain as much results as I did.

Take initial measurements and photos while your penis is at its smallest possible state, expose it to ice, ice water or a cod shower, pool etc. Measure your size, then add this technique to your routine before or after, (I do it before my routine) Then see how much you gain.

It really is incredible, I would like if you all try and so this, you can even use your Bathmate while doing it and add frozen ice cold water to the Bathmate and do your stretches and pumps. I guarantee you'll see some amazing results.

Sounds very interesting.. I will definitely try it out wearing the extender..

I have had a similar thought for a while.. Everyone in the Penis Enlargement world recommends a warm up routine, sometimes also a warm down routine.. This could be a hot bath, a cloth or some massage. It is supposed to get the ligs and shaft ready to being stretched and what not.. But the idea behind Penis Enlargement is micro tearing right? You want to stretch out the penis so much, you damage the cells, the penis then grows new ones and you get a larger penis ( very simply put I know). But by warming up, you definitely get a stretchier penis, but Im thinking that this prevents micro tearing since it after a warm up can be stretched further without any pain. So arent we doing something wrong? :) Just a thought..

these are my exact thoughts from day one. I have never said anything because i didn't want go go against the norm.

The only reason i can figure everyone recommends this is because it reduces the risk of major injures
 
No offence, but why don't you want to go against the norm (since when there's a norm in Penis Enlargement?)? It's your penis and as far as I know THIS community appreciates as many innovative thoughts as possible :).
 
I have stopped using a warm up along time ago. It took me a few months but i decided they just weren't worth it. The ice water thing might be a bit extreme for me but its usually cold as Heck in my house so its about the same difference.

By going against the norm i really ment posting something about it. I never really felt like explaining my self or having a newbie injure himself because of me.

It makes perfect since. If you want to permanently deformed by making micro tears why would you want to make it more flexible? It seems like that would cause it to take a higher amount of force to do any good. Im no expert though
 
what kind of gains did you get saggyballs?, any erect length? what results from sg and what results feom Bathmate in what time?

this is vwrry intriguing to me
 
Imo

it is impossible to say what anyone has gained from a method unless you just do one thing. Who is to say if we just gained from the exercise or from the cold or the warm up. There are just to many variables to be definite what works.

That being said everyone is different. Some guys gain from one thing others will not. There is little to no science involved with pe. You just have to try and see if it works for you

I haven't seen any erect gains only flaccid gains and the gains are usually related to when your penis shrinks when being exposed to the cold, but I've only been experimenting with this for a few weeks, time will tell if there is any significance in this procedure.
 
I understand to most people it is very intimidating freezing your penis then applying Penis Enlargement. As stated above Penis Enlargement is about putting the penis through tension to encourage new growth, being aware of this, it's possible this can be an additional Penis Enlargement exercise added to the routine to speed up results, after applying this experiment my flaccid growth is beyond what I have experienced from the three years of doing Penis Enlargement, but I can't say for sure if this would work for most people. I would need others to try this and get back to me with their results in a month or so to confirm if it's something that may help others.

To be honest I NEVER actually followed the warm up or warm down procedure EVER. The only exception was the first week when I started my newbie routine in Phase 1 of the MOS DVD. After the first week I didn't really bother with warming up and warming down, it just seemed like a waste of time, the idea behind Penis Enlargement is stretching the penis, maybe my gains would of come much faster if I followed a warm up and warm down, but to me as long as I gain, I really don't care how it works as long as it works.

collagen stretches most under heat and stabilizes when under cold.

what I do in using the extender is that I start to warm up my dick and try to get to a good level of stretch while constantly warming.
after half the day/or exercise I try to stay at the achieved level of stretch and change to a slow cool down. I didnt measure my flaccid but I never turtle anymore and Im now more of ashwoer then a grower. erect length coems slowly too(+0,5)
 
Somewhere on this forum there is a thread about me experimenting with this aswell. But just with the batmate.

When you get to your highest set in the Bathmate and you have expanded beyond your normal size and maxed it. I start to do sets with warm. Cold. Warm cold.

The cock wanna shrink when you put it into a bl with ice cold water. But it cant. Then take it out lassage it and in again this time warmed up. Its actually the temperatures way of assisting in your workout.

Also since i live in a cold climate i think it will only be a good advice to let your cock get used to a big hang in cold weather. My living room flaccid and outside flaccid varies more than an inch

That's incredible. I'm happy to relate to someone else who has experienced something similar.

I have always been extremely paranoid with cold water and my penis. I've always had a lot of female friends and here in Australia we live in the water, our dry humid climate makes perfect for swimming, but due to our location on the planet our oceans are exposed to very cold currents coming from the southern pole, keeping this in mind, my penis has always had a weakness when being exposed to the water. I'm on a mission to FIX this for every man, big or small.

That is a really good idea, alternating the temp of the water to assist you, nice job.
 
great topic. obviously it needs caution to not get for too long too cold. keep common sense!
I dont think that ice cubes are needed. a simple fridge cool pack should be enough.

Im doing now. 10 minutes warm Bathmate. followed by 5 minutes warm Bathmate hc stretches. after that 10 minutes cold Bathmate. nice plump outcome.

I read somewhere that when you alternate hot cold showers for health benefits that you always should end with a cold shower..

When you think about cold showers then the concept of getting the dick used to cold temperatures makes very much sense.
When you shower cold then its easy to get outside in the winter without freezing


I was working since 3 months at home and had not much time to go out and the heater was on max for that time. Everytime I go out now I freeze like a girl lol.
 
instead of doing a warm up with a hot cloth, i'm going to do just the opposite and see what kind of results i get
 
I can see how you can use the cold water in te Bathmate, but while in the extender? You would want you penis to be in its most pliable state to get a maxium stretch to extend, but once in the extender, how would you expose it to cold, i wouldn't put my extender in water.

gel-ice-pack. you can use them for heat and cool. apply a heated warm one when starting workout. apply cold one once you reach highest/best stretch.

obviously the cooler you apply the less time you can stay in the extender.
 
Very good thread, impressive insight into all this. I'll have to give this a shot and perhaps will push my length in the Bathmate out of the plateau its in.

Thanks mate. It's difficult to know if this will bring long term results, but from my experience it has had a positive change in my short term use. Only time will tell.
