Yep. I just want to know how effective those old width exercises are when you do a flattening motion. Heard it's possible it only adds width for the cost of depth girth. Birdview increases but sideview decreases.

i think it will have an effect on both. we see again and again people who only focus on lenght will still grow girth and the opposite. tissue doesn¨'t stretch in just 1 direction. but i guess it can only be seen through experimenting.

i wouldn't mind it being bigger in the bird view. could be awesome :)

Pretty sure stuff like clamping or edging with a tight ring does both. I know from experience hard heavy kegeling adds to depth by making the urethral muscle bulge out.

Compression squeezes definitely give the width your looking for. I did them for a month and got good width expansion, but as usual, I stopped lol. Clamp my penis, put a plate on top and bottom, then use a c-clamp to compress them, sit for 5-10 minutes then release, rest and massage, start over again. Very tough exercise if done this way. Will test your nerve real quick.

Any girth gained will help with stretching the vagina, whether depth or width. Depth is better because width can stretch and rip the pussy lips. Stops sex for days, ask me how I know😵. Compression will give the width and follow that with SSJ'S. The best of both worlds brother.

I know what your trying to find out. The best answer; always go for depth and width. Your penis will expand where it is easiest, you have to make it go where you want. I gain on depth for example. Width is ok but I want more lol. I used to clamp and do downward bends, good for width and expansion, you can bend at the spot you want to increase. A technique that needs your full attention, you can and will hurt yourself if you don't be mindful.
 
Yeah I think they prefer the Cs over the cc because it contours to their insides, but as chiraq savage I'm going for both. I did compression type girth methods, and got a great pump only i thought they were advanced for me. I might give them a go more, but the girth ones I employ today work real good so idk

Very much so. I have always seen penis enlargement as an art form. There are definitely improvements that can be made to any man to give a more symmetrical look.
