Nobody is going to say jelqs unless they don't know what a slammer is.

In PE you have to make your workouts progressive. And jelq is one of many exercises and can't be made harder by much. So at some time it's not enough to make gains by itself and you have to add other exercises. I think we can all agree on that.

If you read our "argument" you would notice I said it's a great beginner exercise, i was never comparing it to another exercise saying it's great. By the way, learn to spell "waste".
 
Can somebody explain me why the process of gaining due to jelqing/stretching takes so long (at least fot me) building muscle in the gym seems much faster I have been jeqling for a couple of months now and see only little gains in girth.
my penis mesurements are 5,5 lenght 4,4 girth. I do PE almost every day with some restdays.
Could it be because of my small penis takes a long time to gain ? also would like to hear from guys who started PE with about my size.

Do not give up brother. If you are consistent, you can get to 8 inches or 7.5 inches. I will compliment that with a 6.5 inches girth.
