Hi, im new to matters of size but not new to PE or other forums.:cool: I have been doing PE for over 6 months but my experience doesnt seem to match others and i havent made any gains at all. My question is for all the veterans or individuals that have success with JELQing and have made gains. I do 1 day on and 1 day off and do 12 mins of regular jelqing. I go into every PE session with 8-9 EQ;) but then after my EQ drops to 4-5 EQ. It then stays this way for the rest of the day. Next day it goes up to 6-7 EQ then the day after that it goes back up to 8-9 EQ. I was told to wait till my EQ goes back to to 8-9 EQ as that indicates that it is fully healed and is ready for another PE session. I tried 5 days on and 2 days off once and my penis turtled like crazy and my eq dropped to like 2. MY main question for the veterans is SHOULD I WAIT TILL MY EQ IS BACK TO 100% OR SHOULD I JUST TRUDGE FORWARD AND KEEP DOING PE SESSIONS??:(?:( the only way i can do PE sessions at good EQ is if i do one day on and one day off. The problem is that i havent gained anything at all. Ive been 100% constant the entire time, jelq properly, warm up properly. I was curious is any veterans can offer any advice. Welcome to the forum bro. I didn't bother to read all you wrote the moment I saw that you were jelqing for 12 mins 1 day on and 1 day off. You are not doing PE in my opinion. You need to first determine what is important whether length or girth. If you seek length, get the length master for stretching but if you have extra cash, you can buy both the length master and Phallosan. For girth, get your size of bathmate.

Gone are the days when people do manual PE.

Wherever you came from has you confused :) Let me see what I can do here. First I would start with a very structured workout and keep a very concise progress log. The Newbie Routine is very structured and if you own a LengthMaster the Newbie routine will get you gaining right away. If you want something ore advanced that delivers gains fastest look into the SRT routine. As far as eq goes, if you have poor eq from training (if you are actively having sex) you will want to separate time so as eq is not an issue on the days you plan on sex. Poor eq is a very good thing is the sense that when eq is down stretching the penis becomes so much more efficient and effective. Now since you have made no gains over the six months you have been training I would say you may have a tougher penis than the average man, meaning you need more intensity. The LengthMaster will deliver this and so much more. And if you want to go full out hardcore for the fastest gains check out SRT.
 
So I should wait till I’m back at 100% eq to do girth exercises? I’ve read the srt routine and it seems good but the amount of time I do each exercise would destroy my eq. Thanks for your response, it’s appreciated

You have to find out what's more important the sex or putting up with poorer EQ with increased fatigue. If you have made no gains in 6 months, step up the intensity. Make a serious commitment. You could also try Cialias if you can get it, lasts for like 36 hours and doesn't give you that dreaded viagra headache. Plus your primed and don't need to wait 30 minutes ha ha

I used it in conjuction with my bathmate sessions. I have the older hercules model.
Once you have your placement down and lots of lube around base of bathmate and your penis fill up pressurise and do so till you get a good suction slightly sore. What I did after 5 mins of increasing pressure was the expressive hardcore stretches. These actually brought me base girth gains and some length. Pull out with your bathmate while holding the black gaitor part back with the other hand this helps not to lose suction.

You can change directions based on where you feel it best. For me it was outwards, slightly to right same to left and then down and out I found kept the best suction. I'd be pulling pretty darn hard and you could feel the difference. Do 20 mins of those stretches instead of just pumping it up and you should notice a difference. Then slap on an adjustable cock ring to stay engorged.

Not too tight not too loose. To me that beats the heck out of Jelqing. But people super set taking it off then Jelqing back on 5 mins then Jelqing etc. To me I just had a hot ass shower pumped up slowly loads of lube for a good seal trimmed hair and did the stretches for 15-20 without taking it off. I got to the point where I didn't have any edema or water retention after having it on for one long set.

If you do find that being a problem stretch for 5. Loosen it off but keep in place grab shower head and for about a minute fill it up with fresh hot water. Pull it back up then repeat.

I can't use my hercules anymore as my base is too thick now and it bites into me so I can't get full length even though I max it out. I got the x40 but find it too big without a proper erection. I haven't got the size genetics however after a bathmate session you may have trouble fitting into it from what I have heard. So do proper manuals first before hand too strap in and get your wrap right, I think about 30-mins to an hour people suggest to stay strapped in. If you get a lengthmaster to do your manuals before the sizegenetics then way better. Take off massage stretch manually cranks etc ohh and pee ha ha then repeat. Then later do your bathmate hardcore stretches then the adjustable cock ring to keep it plump like discussed in SRT.

Sorry for this long post but I just wanted to help you out as 6 months and no gains can be disheartening.

But like I said your priority is gains or EQ it is hard to have both unless you have an aid like viagra. The intense sessions I had in my lengthmaster made me very fatigued, had sex 1 following day not 100 percent hard about 70-80 but since I had done so many kegel and reverse kegel during sessions I had the stamina there and if anything found it harder to cum.

Btw do PE everyday. Make it a habit. Make it a priority and gains will come...... and so will she ha ha

Btw I put up a ball jelq and stretch routine that should increase EQ and increase testosterone and flaccid hang as well as help if your nuts get sore in the bathmate. It is in the videos thread. It's not the best lighting but I pretty much show how it loosens everything up and makes a difference EQ wise. You may find yourself getting a bone Jelqing your balls as it starts to feel good after a while.

Anyway hope this helps. Just depends how bad you want it buddy. Good luck.
 
Remember to always do Kegel and reverse Kegel too.
