Can somebody explain me why the process of gaining due to jelqing/stretching takes so long (at least fot me) building muscle in the gym seems much faster I have been jeqling for a couple of months now and see only little gains in girth.
my penis mesurements are 5,5 lenght 4,4 girth. I do PE almost every day with some restdays.
Could it be because of my small penis takes a long time to gain ? also would like to hear from guys who started PE with about my size.

Would appriciate some info on this matter

No dude it just means you need to include the advanced implements. Have you any experience with other exercises such as erect stretching/slow squash jelqs?

Multiple reasons :

1) Not applying enough intensity ( just like in the gym,when a weight is too light,you can feel it ,you're like " i need something heavier,this isn't going to make my bicep grow ) .Same thing in PE.When you stretch,make sure you " feel " the stretch,make sure it's intense enough .As time will pass,your dick will get used to the curent intensity,and you will need a even higher intensity to gain from that point.

2)You are not keeping your dick expanded/elongated after a workout.For exemple,when you stretch,you stretch your whole penis,cells,tissue,etc,making them longer,but when you stop PE-ing ( when you stop stretching,wearing an extender,whatever ) this tissue will want to go back to its original form,so you have to force this tissue to stay in that elongated state even after you're done with your routine.This is why we use cock rings to heal after girth work,and an ADS ( or an extender at light tension ) to heal after length work.Read the SRT to understand this better.

3)Stretching and jelqing are pretty much basic PE.I'm not saying you can't gain from this,i'm doing PE for years and still have jelqing and stretching in my routine,but if you want to gain fast,you have to buy some devices,or to switch to more advanced exercises.

4) Diet,sleep,stress,etc : If you want your dick to grow,you need to take care of your whole body.If your body is fucked up,this might slow gains.

5) You are a slow gainer : I didn't really belived in this slow gainer thing,until i realised how hard is for me to gain length..girth,i gain it VERY easily,length,not that much.I have to use intense length routines to gain length.So you might be a slow gainer,you just have to be patient and the results will come,a bit hard,but they will come.

Tbh I've never heard of anybody who gained without an intense program

I've heard about guys gaining INCHES with only jelqing..took a long time,but they gained in the end.
 
I didn't make gains when I started PE. I was jelqing and doing manual stretches. My EQ was raised from the jelqing but that was about it. I had a lot of trouble with manual stretching. I started hanging and put on an inch in 3 months. After that I started utilizing manual stretches and I did them with very different intensity because I understood how much tension was truly required to gain length. It's either high tension for short periods or low tension for long periods.
 
The whole jelq debate about it's usefulness is dumb. There are way more effective exercises and jelqs really aught to be reserved for newcomers. Slow squash jelqs would be a HUGE step up. Hell, a crap load of horse 440s would kick ass compared to jelqing (isolation compression squeezes, uli at the base, squeeze blood out of head with ok grip and hold until eq gets too low to be useful.)

Screw jelqing after the newbie routine. They're like training wheels for pe. Take them off and get the bike moving already.

Just because I find it that impractical, and really just a directionless rant about it.

Advance your stretching routine to include bundles. Try out the slow squash jelqs. I personally prefer the horse 440 going into a slew of bends. Get an adjustable cock ring to help with retaining some of the expansion. Just doing those few things should make your routine vastly more effective. I'd say do that for 1-3 months and then consider equipment and all that. If you're after length more consider wrapping instead to retain elongation. Either way your routine would be beast compared to what it is now.

Not true,jelqing works great for me and i get a decent expansion from jelqing alone.Combined with a BM session i get huge expansion.IN general jelqing is an old exercise,but it can do wonders.

Another thing is to keep it real. If you have a length of 5 inches and gain an inch is a whooping increase of 20%!!! It's huge! Think how long would it take to increse your lean body mass by 20%, without steroids or other drugs? It'd take a while. So it does in PE.
In your body you notice changes easier than in your dick. It's just the matter of scale.
 
That's an implied synergy, and slow squash jelqs should work better easily.

Jelqing is an effective exercise. You can gain length and girth from it and SHOULD BE USED as a BEGINNER routine. If you start off slowly with light exercises you will gain more than someone who starts with advanced exercises. Not only that but you'll be cementing your gains. Jelqing if you're flaccid will give you more length and erect would give you girth. I'd do jelqing for the first 5-6 months of PE

This "High tension for short periods" or "low tension for long periods". If you become advanced lets say 6-8 months into PE you can do High tension for long periods of time because at that point you need more intensity.

Jelqs or supra slammers for the same period of time and let's say a year of pe experience with perfect execution every single rep?

Nobody is going to say jelqs unless they don't know what a slammer is.

Oke guys I think I have to step up the intensity and incorporate new techniques.
