there is one guy on another forum site who gained a inch in length and a inch in girth in a year almost not doing much of any Penis Enlargement exercises. But he edge daily and he was increasing his time of each session gradually. He does 60 minutes daily and he bust every 3rd session. How powerful is edging with Penis Enlargement exercises or on it own?
 
Great read which I will go through again but what I did like is

I think its to do with keeping your penis hard for long periods of time which is keeping the internal chambers of the penis engorged for longer and in time this helps with bigger size, like how clamping works.

This edgeing [balooning its also called] I think also gets certain chemicals & hormones released in large amounts very suddenly which could help with enlargement. Things such as Testosterone, Growth hormones etc could have levels increased dureing this time and it is thought that is the case but we have no scientific proof, like with most things in the Penis Enlargement world so unless studies are done in the medical world on how the male body changes biologically dureing masturbation, we dont know exactly what is being released.

The PONR is one of the key players that make the exercise ''unique''. I've been edging a while and can tell you it WILL increase your size if done correctly. I always edge before any Penis Enlargement workout that doesn't involve stretching. I edge everyday & will continue to because i'm addicted to it ( it becomes addicting). edging is very effective but the benefits to edging are extremely simple to blow away completely. you have to do what I call, "plateauing the pleasure" and that is basically coasting and just floating at the PONR and keeping a steady stimulation that allows your pc muscle to not spazz and blow a nut, or you can do something like doing a stroke every 3 seconds, whatever is necessary to keep you from blowing but keep you at the PONR.


also wear a hairtie behind the balls for a cockring.. it will go do wonders.

Okay thanks. So what kind of bad things happen? Do I just masturbate and when the feeling stop it earlier than the PONR when my pc starts contracting? dont know the bad things that happen but i have been warned from other guys not to do this so you will need one of them to speak more on that subject. the way you explain it sounds okay. according to the book 'sperm wars' (apparently a great book), there's an evolutionary advantage to wanking and busting nuts every day. the theory is the dna in your sperm goes off (mutates) very quickly.

I get the same problem BASIK, Im going to focusing on staying hard instead of the PONR cause when i try to reach the PONR over and over it almost impossible to hold back after the 3rd-4th time.
